After waiting many months for another company to replace some water-damaged hardwood, I decided to look elsewhere. I (luckily) dropped by Siena Flooring and explained my problem to Andrea Little, their Project Coordinator. She immediately agreed to an assessment of the job by their hardwood expert, Tim. He was at my home within an hour and provided me with a frank evacuation of the process and the effort involved. I accepted and the repairs were scheduled for November 5, at 9:00 am.
Tim arrived right on time, reviewed the tasks with me again and proceeded with the repairs using leftover hardwood

I was set up with Siena Flooring after there was some damage caused by a leaking pipe left my carpet in need of replacement. The team at Siena made the selection choice so easy, also allowing my to take samples home when I was having a hard time choosing. Day of install came and the installers (Mehmet was one of the installers) were very friendly and polite. They did such an amazing job. I would recommend Siena and I will be using them again in the future.

We have used Siena Flooring to install European white oak hardware in our home, along with carpet, and travertine tile. The process was completely perfect. Their price beat all their competitors. I would not shop anywhere else. They are professional, on time, complete attention to detail and take pride in their work. A wonderful team, you won't be disappointed.

The entire team at Siena Flooring is fantastic! They are very knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, and simply great at what they do. Incredible customer service as well. We did the flooring at the Marda Loop Communities Association and they did not disappoint. High quality/efficient work. Everyone loves the new floor! Highly recommend.

New carpet, new floor tile, new backsplash (demo and install), new hardwood.....from Korey to Suzanne their whole team they are helpful and have great ideas for projects. We have had excellent experience with them. Suzanne was great to deal with, she quickly figured out our taste and matched everything for our new house. Unfortunately they didn’t get paid properly for the job coz builder went bankrupt and got away with all the money we paid the builder. Still Siena took care of the warranty work.

The team at Sienna flooring were great to work with. They were very patient (I have a tough time picking carpet), friendly, helpful and had a great selection to choose from. They were always more than happy to answer any questions that I had throughout the whole process (from selection thru to installation). Great company. Great prices. Great installation. Great service. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
