I used Ashley Fine Floors to replace the floors in my kitchen, bathroom, and family room. I was anxious about the work being done but Jake and Anthony rolled with it. They answered my many questions, explained how the new flooring is installed and why it is done a certain way. They also kept me abreast of any unforeseen changes during removal and installation.
The customer service in the showroom was friendly, professional, quick and efficient.

Ashely Fine Floors helped us redo our entire main floor, stairs and upstairs flooring! They were helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They helped my Pinterest stairs idea come to life and quickly worked on finding us a new carpet when the original one was flawed so we could have it by Christmas! The installers were efficient and informative with explaining their plans and working around the issues with our somewhat poorly built house. Overall, a very great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

The flooring is very nice quality, and the installers were very professional. An issue with the initial lino install and subsequent attempt to repair left a tear in the linoleum. Although I was assured it would be made right, I have not heard back from them. That was back in July. Would not risk using them again.

We ordered vinyl flooring and custom stair nosings from Ashley Fine Floors. I called around to a few businesses for the same flooring and Jeff provided us with the cheapest quote over the phone. He also gave us tips on installation. The ordering and pick up process was smooth and efficient. We ended up installing everything ourselves and even though the custom stair nosings were expensive, our stairs looked beautiful!

David treated us well in the showroom, taking the time to explain answers to questions we had and helped us pick the perfect flooring for our home renovation. The prices were comparable and many companies have similar product, but we loved that Ashley carried more options to support… Canadian made products and they are locally owned. We worked with David when renovating our back landing and bathrooms. I can be indecisive when decorating and he rolled with it :). Shopping during the pandemic can be stressful but Ashley's is conscientious and keeps the showroom safe for everyone. The flooring choices were endless but we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Sergei was our tile installer and his attention to detail was second to none. Our experience at Ashley's is 100 percent recommended!

Great experience working with Ashley Fine Floors renovating my first home! They had a large selection for me to choose from and I was able to take samples to make sure it was the perfect fit. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me make decisions based on what was right for my needs as this may transition from my house to a rental. The… installer John went above and beyond to make sure it was completed to perfection, he even gave me different design ideas for the install of my hardwood to add to the design of the whole house and I love it! Unfortunately I cannot recommend Ashley Fine Floors. Our experience left us with with poorly installed vinyl plank flooring without any option for fixing significant remaining issues. Throughout this nightmare project we struggled with communication, timelines, quality of install and with rectifying issues. Customer service was non-existent.

I recently moved into a new condo where Ashely flooring installed Beaulieu branded laminate. Absolutely terrible quality product and Ashley Flooring absolutely does not stand behind their installation. Within a few months the laminate started bubbling and delaminating. Ashely flooring AND the builder both claim the damage is caused by myself and refused to honour their warranty! I struggled to comprehend how exactly I am supposed to have caused laminate to bubble. Terrible installers of terrible products!

I would avoid purchasing from this company. They sell and install subpar products made by Beaulieu Canada that don't actually have a guarantee (contrary to what both companies claim). I have 3-year old laminate that the top is peeling off of, and after MONTHS of attempting to contact both companies, someone finally responded and declared it to be… normal wear-and-tear and damage (yes, both) without even having seen it. I persisted, especially since some of the peeling/cracking was in a closet; how on Earth would someone damage that. Eventually someone came out, and months later I received
