My father who was the manager at a cemetery near by loved this place he knew he could always count on all the people who worked here for any and all inquirings. I have been here as well for somethings and it has been friendly, clean, and inviting the staff is always respectful, knowledgeable great place..

I've been dealing with these guys for years. I went in to purchase a snowblower from Greg. A Toro. They have a great selection & at a reasonable price. For all your lawn maintenance & snow removal equipment. Give Kooy Brothers a try.

Great selection on yard maintenance equipment. I had an issue with my lawnmower so I called into the service department and was advised to bring it in. I was greeted right away by Alannah who really helped me with my repair and advised me of how to prevent my issue from happening again which was very helpful. Truly great service I'm very happy with my experience. I will definitely be back to kooys for servicing all my equipment and purchasing new machines.

Great service and deals on lawn equipment. Preferred to go here instead of the big box store. Service department is good. Recently bought a Toro lawnmower they helped me decide the right one for my needs.

Easy access off the 401/Weston road. Great showroom...staff very attentive. Starbucks coffee available while waiting for my new lawnmower to be assembled. In house service for their products. I was served by Art...very pleasant. Helped me load the mower to my vehicle.

I really had a bad experience. This company is claiming as authorized dealer for Toro Lawn Mower and support warranty.
Bought this lawn mower for $550 and found mechanical fault in machine. It has been shaking a lot.
Customer Service manager advised to buy a new lawn mower. There is a warranty of 2 years on this which they are not accepting to fix the issue.
They took week and a half to diagnose the problem and when i asked them, why it is taking so long, their response was "there are 200 Toro lawn mower before mine to be diagnosed".
This response shows that there are mechanical fault

Visited Kooy Brothers this afternoon, after placing an online order for a Toro Time Master Lawnmower, a Stihl pressure-washer, and a Stihl chainsaw for some upcoming “honey-do” projects at the house we just purchased.
I interacted with Amir and Cameron, my experience with both, seemed straight-forward enough. They were pleasant and helpful.
Prices at Kooy Brothers are generally below the nearby competition, and they generally have a much better selection.
Assuming no major hiccoughs, this is my new lawn and yard equipment Center.

Extremely happy I made the choice to purchase a Kubota 35 Excavator from Kooy. The Sale Agent Joel, exceeded my expectations and was all about customer satisfaction. One of the quote he said that stuck was “anyone can sell a machine but making sure the customer is happy is another”.
