Great experience from this company starting with the reception (very courteous and communicative) and the actual work performed. David D. was the plumber and he did a great job to provide multiple options on the type of work required and related costs.

We called Priority Plumbing because we had a leak from the outside valve that needed to be taken care of before winter. Unfortunately, they were short handed on the day we had scheduled an appointment and they had to reschedule us. They communicated the entire time and waved their initial fee as compensation which my husband and I really appreciated. Andrew H and Aaron attended our house and they were so professional, polite and friendly. They were also very informative and took care of the problem with ease. Inconsistent, not transparent, and over priced
Last year they did a job for $250, this year the exact same job was for $500. I shared the discrepancy of invoices while the job was approximately 45 minutes in total. When addressing the inconsistency, they said they mischarged previously. Additionally on the same visits I asked for a quote to repair an upstairs sink and the quote was $1200 the first time and $2300 the second time, the question/quotation was asked.
Overall although the staff are friendly, it's not transparent on the pricing. They have quoted tasks on ipads, which provide

My basement flooded about a week ago and I called Priority Plumbing for the first time. They sent Kyle over the same day to investigate the problem. He was polite, professional, and very good at communicating what the problem was. He clearly explained the reasons why I had a drain problem and set out the steps to rectify it. I was having back up issues with my main drain so called priority plumbing. After 2 minutes with the camera the plumbing claimed my pipes were broken and it was on my property. He was very quick to offer to do the job and said he could start the next day. With this he quoted me $8000 for the job and charged my $340 to put a camera in the plumbing line for 2 minutes. I decided to get my own camera (off of Amazon for $40) and do some inspecting myself not noticing a pipe break anywhere close to where the plumber quoted. - Estimates are not free, ~57 with tax. Check out other plumbing companies (ie Lampert Plumbing, DrainWorks) first before paying almost $60 for someone to be there for 10 minutes. TheBestPlumbingCo waives their fee if you go with them after the estimate, not sure about Priority Plumbing.
- Suuuuuuuuper expensive. I got a quote of almost $2500 and the guy specifically told me that the parts are cheap and that I was paying for the labour. So obviously they have a very high hourly rate relative to others in the

Wow, we were so grateful to have Greg T. show up at our door. He was extremely clear and helpful, identified the problem quickly and got to work on a plan of action. His work was quick but thorough and he's also a pleasure to chat with! Also appreciated that he put up with our dog who was very curious about what was going on.
I was also impressed with the customer service when I called. We received updates on our appointment time throughout the day through texts, email and even a phone call. There was NONE of this waiting around wondering when your guy will show up type scenario you get

OMG This company is terrible! I have a strong suspicion they buy fake reviews to post online. Companies with A+ rating on BBB have less positive reviews than this company. All the reviews are 5 starts and not a single complaint? I initially picked this company because they had a 'Top Choice Award' thinking it was legit. I looked into Top Choice Award, in my opinion it's not a rigorous and they make money when you use their logo on your company website.

I'm sure everyone and their needs are different, but I can't agree at all with the negatives here. Unbelievably responsive, super professional, very thorough, and provided options for solutions to the problem. Maybe not the cheapest (no idea there) buy I'll pay for reliability and great service... And no, I was given no incentive to write that. Despite review rumours otherwise.

Had a leak in a shower into the basement and called Priority. The first time they simply didn't show in their 3 hour window. I had to call and they told me they'd called to cancel (but they did not). They said they could reschedule for the next day, another 3 hour window. They called 15 minutes before the end of THAT window to say they couldn't make it. We accepted their THIRD reschedule because at that point we were in a bind, and they DID show that time. Plumber was nice, fixed the problem (but had to come back a fourth time). Support staff was unprofessional and borderline rude
