I recently dealt with Jensen at Maple Leaf Flooring. He spent quite a bit of time helping me choose luxury vinyl plank flooring for a home renovation. He was very knowledgeable as well as prompt when it came to checking inventory as product shortages are a major concern everywhere right now. The office personnel contacted us as soon as the product was received to arrange delivery which was also on time and seamless.

We were more than pleased with the back splash work done by Maple Leaf Flooring. They were very efficient in removing the old tile and then replacing the drywall. The installer was very precise and thorough. And very tidy which every homeowner appreciates. The addition of an electrical plug on the island will be well used. Well done Vincent and staff.

We renovated two floors of our house and had Maple Leaf do all of the flooring (hardwood and tile) as well as the backsplash for the kitchen and three bathrooms. I highly recommend them. Jensen was on site at the very beginning and gave excellent advice. He helped with most of our decisions and contributed to the success of our project. The installers were meticulous and the quality of work was amazing. What really measures the value of a company, though, is how they perform in less than ideal situations. We recently decided to renovate our main level flooring; went from carpet/hardwood mix to all vinyl. Maple Leaf had great selection and competitive pricing. Installation went smoothly as well; no issues at all. However, the deciding factor for us was their knowledge and customer service. I shopped around 4-5 other competitors and none even came close. I'm a total novice when it comes to home renos and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and also provided some very good recommendations. All-in-all great experience!

I had an amazing experience with Maple Leaf Flooring! Their building was very visually appeasing and easy to find multiple options. Jensen was incredibly welcoming and very personable. I felt that he genuinely carried about what product would best fit my lifestyle and financial needs. When they arrived to lay the flooring they showed extreme professionalism (arrived on time, very efficient and left the place in better condition than when they arrived). Throughly impressed! I am so happy with the final product and it looks amazing!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them next

I have used mapleleaf flooring in my rental home . They are as good as it gets for quality job for the price. I think you can find bigger flooring companies but if you know what you need they are excellent. The installlers are not sale guys and dont know alot about anything but their job but the sales guys are great to work with . Will use them again for sure . Check out thier showroom it definatly helps to figure what you want . Quality job they did for us.

I lived in a condo with my boyfriend while he was getting the floors done, and the experience was one of the most infuriating we've ever had as homeowners. They got the bulk of the work complete, (they never did finish it completely, we had to do it ourselves), but the damage to our suite was significant. Holes gouged in walls, glass shattered, etc.
Run. Run away.

I initially went into the store, and spoke to a very nice and helpful gentleman named Gerry who answered many of my questions, and provided me with some rates. He indicated that the next step would be to set up a meeting in my condo so that they could measure it and provide me with a detailed cost estimate. A couple of months later I was prepared to proceed, so I set up the appointment.
The guy who came over (Vincent) was the owner of the business. He did the measurements
