We have designed many custom kitchens, bathrooms and other rooms throughout Langley, Surrey and the Lower Mainland, Vancouver. From the moment we walked into Tile Mart in Langley the fellows were awesome, helpful, and super knowledgeable. Our project although three hours drive away was managed professionally with a great quality installation of our flooring. The team was in and out in one day and the place was left spotless. Very good customer service here. The three gentlemen working there have always been helpful and kind. They went out of their way to give us what we wanted. Prices are comparable to others, but their service is top tier.
Thank you for doing what you do. I have been to 6 tile stores looking for a specific tile. Ultimately they got our business, and knowing they will take care of returning customers, we will definitely go back.

We recently move to south surrey, did full Reno. Thanks Avneet helping with tiles and your Langley Tilemart for hardwood and countertops, amazing thing they finished all the countertops in eight days(I thought they only sell tiles) every other company was taking 4 to 6 weeks. This is our fourth renovation project , always bought from Vancouver wholesaler ( because I have account) I can say we not only saved money but also a lot of time

After getting an installed estimate I agreed to the price, even though I thought the price of $600 to install was expensive as we have an apartment sized galley kitchen. The installer phoned on Saturday and asked if it was OK to do it the next day. Sunday. I agreed. The installer arrived installed the tiles and left a roughly 1'' gap at the top under the cabinets, all the switches and plug sockets left hanging out of the walls and said that I would have to go to Home depot and get longer screws to reinstall them, he should have them in his kit. He then left without putting the stove

Bought tiles from them and had them installed, except they never showed up the 1st day and very late the next 3 days, install was so bad that tiles are cracked, chipped and uneven. We were told all would be fixed, that was 2 months ago. On our invoice we were over charged for install, when brought to their attention they would only credit 1/2 the amount. We now have to pull up all our tiles and start over, we are out several thousand dollars. They are not very professional, will lie to your face, promise you everything and produce substandard work.

After taking home samples and decided on which tile I wanted, I ended up having them take the order for the tile that over the phone using my credit card. They were very eager to do business with me and returned all my calls until I made the payment. From this point forward things got ugly.

None of the products have prices marked on them so buyer beware. Do your price checking to ensure that your getting a fair price. I returned tile after finding the exact same product elsewhere for 40% less. The gentlemen in the shop spoke English to me but continued to speak in Indian right in front of me regarding my return. This is rude and simply bad business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
