I dealt with the friendly staff at the Mr Plank location on 99th ST; they were very helpful in-person and quick to respond to emails. Would have been 5 stars but I felt that my question about gluing down a few planks of the rubber-backed vinyl was poorly answered by Troy. Being told to strip off the rubber was not a good solution. I eventually found a glue that would stick to it. I bought the Homes Pro brand of SPC, which seemed too cheap to be good quality but installation was easy and so far it seems very durable.

I can honestly tell you this was my first experience at any kind of renovation project. I was totally out of my comfort zone. As soon as I met Troy, I just knew I was in capable hands, his knowledge of his product combined with what I wanted, we were a great match. I asked a lot of questions and never felt in anyway I was being annoying. Totally impressed with Jose who installed the vinyl plank flooring, took great pride in his work. Would highly recommend this company hands down. Yippee!!! It looks absolutely gorgeous!!

After having a pretty bad experience with a well-known, nationwide, "budget" carpet retailer in which I prepaid, booked an appointment, did my own carpet removal, but had no one show up on installation day, I found Troy! He came the same day and fit me in for installation within the week. He did a much more thorough measurement, offered me a better grade product, and the price was actually a couple hundred dollars lower than my estimate from that other company! Two very nice gentlemen came on installation day (as promised) and they did a very nice job on 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs

This is a great business to deal with! They provided a great quality product for a decent price, they even did extra work like removing/replacing the trim and even installed some new baseboards, removing the old floor, and moving around my appliances. Many other companies either wouldn’t do those things or want an arm and a leg. I would definitely would recommend working with Freedom Flooring

Freedom flooring was so accommodating in our first full carpet replacement they have some of the best prices for literally the best quality flooring our man doing the installation was punctual with the times he arrived at our house and got work done very productively. I suggest the people at freedom flooring if you are looking to replace the floor and need help with removal and installation also product selection! Thank you guys keep up the blessed work! Thank you Troy and Irene, never properly introduced myself with our installation man but he was great too!
