Products are products, the issue I have with action is that when product was ordered (paid in full), estimated delivery date was setup. I emailed and phoned the sales rep on that day looking for an update, got a response 2 days later. Then was told the product had arrived and someone would call to arrange delivery, got a call from them saying to come pick up the material, I notified them it was to be delivered. 2 more days pass and I get in touch with the sales representative and they say the departments didn’t transfer the file properly… then we needed a few more tiles due to a design change

The sales staff at action Flooring have a great eye for flooring. The show room is incredible. The sales staff answered all of our questions and gave us great information on the different types of flooring available within our budget. When choosing what would go with our cabinets, the suggestions made helped us narrow down the perfect match for our project. **review update - Action Flooring has taken appropriate measures to remedy this situation**
Action Flooring did a laminate install for us in the spring. It was a repair for water damage and only a portion of the underlay was damaged. When the installer was here to replace the laminate and underlay, he installed plastic under the laminate where the original underlay was damaged. We only discovered this today because we are having new flooring installed. This is horrible and so disappointing. Just because the customer cannot see it doesn't mean it should not be done properly.

Had some beautiful vinyl plank installed by Serge. What a great guy! The sales person, Karoline, was so helpful and we were very happy with the pricing. The installation department was great about communicating with us and we were so happy with Serge's installation. I highly recommend Action Flooring, it was a great experience from start to finish.

While the product that they are STILL in the process of installing in our condo is very nice, the delivery and installation process has been a complete gong show. Delivery of the flooring was delayed due to??? Then when it was delivered, I was given 20 minutes notice that they were dropping it off. Some of the flooring that was delivered was damaged in transit, and we had to wait for more product to be delivered. Then the installation crew said they were still short some material and we had to wait for more material. Installation has been put off a few times, crews don't arrive when they

We dealt with Paul as our sales person. He was very helpful and selected products for us to try in the rooms we were renovating. He was punctual when he came to measure the space and had a number of suggestions to enhance the look of the rooms.
The reception staff were very pleasant and personable when we were in the store or any time we called to ask numerous questions.
The installation staff were very accommodating when we had to reschedule our original install date. The installers that arrived to install the flooring were fabulous. The removed the rugs and laminate and tidied up the areas

A flooding dishwasher caused damage to our existing hardwood and resulted in our first vinyl plank installation. We had shopped around and received 3 quotes. We were really happy with the service and products at Action. Our home has a sunken living room and dining room, and Action offered a custom stair nosing made from the vinyl plank (as opposed to generic stair nosing in a different material, which was all that was offered at the other 2 places that quoted) which really finished the look and really made it appear to be hardwood flooring.

Bought new cork flooring through them and installed it myself. Luckily the enitre box of damaged pieces were used in areas where we needed off cuts, otherwise I wouldn't have been happy with them. I suspect this is something "their" installers can get corrected. IF I buy more through them again I will insist that the order be inspected for damage before it's released to me. Great service otherwise and friendly staff.
