Spec Homes - Spec homes are homes that are built without being pre-sold. These homes can be purchased at any stage during the build and typically have their interior finishes already selected by our in-house designer.
Depending on the stage of construction though, there may be a chance to customize some features if desired. Spec homes can be a great option for those looking for a quick possession or that are not looking to commit to a full custom build.

Not finding the lot you are looking for? Touchstone has the ability to buy lots from other builders. Our build calculator is an interactive Excel spreadsheet that allows you to pick the lot/address you are interested in and then work through the different upgrade options to see how they affect the price.
Brighton is an attractive and walkable neighborhood, with lots of their parks and walking trails already developed. Those that call Brighton home enjoy its location in proximity to 8th Street and College drive, as well as the convenience of the retail area located at the Brighton Market Place. 1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage! Knowing exactly what your budget is and what you are comfortable spending will help guide your search for a new home. If you own an existing home, investigate what you will be able to sell it for and the timing of your sale (sell first, then purchase/build, or sell during build etc.)

Touchstone built our home 2 years ago. We are very pleased with the service even 2 years after we took possession. We took possession of our home from Touchstone last week. Very detailed and thorough 2 hour hand over process as we were shown top to bottom., inside and out , how every piece of equipment worked and the reasons behind thier selections of internal layout & cabinetry etc . What a fabulous ,quality built home by a really great team!!.. love our new home !! Super modern and superbly functional!!!..our thanks to Steven and his Team!!.
