Cam is a University of Saskatchewan graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering. Cam spent five years in the engineering industry as a project and maintenance engineer and earned his Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) Chris plays a pivotal role at Lexis, ensuring the home construction process runs smoothly from start to finish.

As an additional benefit, building in a new neighbourhood will generally result in the lowest cost for a new home. This is because compared to acreage and infill builds, the new services are already in place and ready to go. Generally speaking, most lots in new neighbourhoods have widths of 50 feet (15.2m) or less.

We would highly recommend using Lexis. The customer experience has been amazing - they are easy to work with (professional, honest, reliable), quick with responses, understand what we were looking for, they like to do things that are different, they have a very good attention to detail and if an issue does arise they ensure that it gets taken care… of without any hassles. Inline with the customer service aspect is the quality and look of the house. A Lexis house always stands out, no matter what neighbourhood you are in. I cannot praise Lexis Homes and its entire staff enough about my new house. Their custom… design is not only stunning and contemporary, but also truly unique as opposed to some of the cookie cutter layouts I have seen. The construction quality far surpassed all standard building codes and attention to detail is truly best in class.
