Our Roof was a cedar to shingle conversion with hidden gutters; we started in January calling roofing companies.
A friend of ours contacted B Cheema Roofing; they check out the company but did not use Cheema Roofing, as he used a Roofer, he had a deal with in the past. While we had three offers for the conversion from cedar to the CertainTeed Landmark’s Presidential sake shingle LT, we found them very similar in price.
However, Paul Cheema was very much on top of his offer. I have signed an “all-inclusive contract,” including replacement of some weathered and deteriorate Fascia board; this

The time had come for a re-roof on my house. B Cheema Roofing had done several houses in my neighborhood. After speaking with my neighbors, they all recommended this company and were very satisfied with the work. I called Paul who was very quick and eager to come. He was very knowledgable and thoroughly went over eveything with us. The price was very fair. The job was done in a timely manner and the workers cleaned up after themselves every day. These guys were very professional and great to work with.
We have gotten 4 estimates from other companies but we ended using B Cheema Roofing Ltd., it was a fair price.
They were always on time, they left everything nice and clean when they were done.

I was very happy with the outcome of our roof, and Paul was so kind and willing to come to the job site whenever needed.
The employees were very respectful of our property, and the cleanup was done daily which was amazing!!
They also patched up our shed in the back that had been needing repair for quite sometime!
