After moving into a brand new home with my wife, we decided getting a tankless water heater installed would be a great investment. We ended up finding Tek Climate online and decided to call them up based on the positive reviews. Big mistake.
I refuse to waste any more energy on these people, so here is the bullet point version of my 2+ month ordeal.
- Arrogantly showed up to my house with no masks on during a pandemic (I'm also immunocompromised)

The service coordinator did a very good job of getting our furnace replaced in a timely fashion and then necessary follow up corrections to the installation. I only gave 4 stars because the original installers did not do a proper job on the vent pipes and they had to be redone.

We had several quotes for a propane furnace install, including TEK, but they were almost the highest. We chose them because their warranty was by far the best. When I spoke with Jonathan to accept their quote I asked if they offered senior's discounts, yes. I asked if they gave a discount for cash payment, yes. Fantastic! Our furnace was giving out so when I messaged Mae, we got our new furnace within 3 days of hiring them. The guys were great, leaving everything clean. Thank you Mae, Jonathan, Guy and Blake!!

I got several quotes before I contracted with Tek. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, and I liked what they said on their website about customer service. My job was replacing the 40+ year old boiler in my 1927 old timer. Anytime you are doing a renovation in an old house, there is always an element of uncertainty to the plan. How contractors handle that uncertainty is what separates professionals from the rest of the pack. I would highly recommend Tek Climate Heating and Air Conditioning. We had our furnace replaced and an air conditioning unit installed at our place. Everyone was very professional and prompt, right from making the appointment for an estimate and the installation. They answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. If you need to change your old furnace or water heater, Tek is the one you should go with. their crew members have done a fantastic job and cleaned everything before they left. worked all the way from 8am - 3am!!!
