Great service - I was very pleased with everyone involved in the attempted repair of my old furnace(Tyler), sale of new one (Jason) and installation of the new unit (Julian and Ben). All were prompt and very respectful - even bringing a heater to help us keep warm. All in all, a really good experience.

It’s stressful when your furnace stops working in mid-December. And when the company you normally deal with tells you the parts needed are on back order until nobody knows when, and they have no one available to install a new one until sometime next year, well …
My next call was to Delta Air Systems. I knew nothing about this company at the time but almost instantly realized I’d come to the right place. “Yes, we can install a new furnace tomorrow or the day after,” Tanya assured me, “if needed. I’ll be there to take a look in the next hour or two.”

We bought a Daikin ductless a/c and heat pump from Delta and the customer service was second to none. Tanya at Delta listened to our needs without trying to upsell us extra units. Our unit was on back order for a while but Tammy kept us in the loop and booked us an installation date quickly after the unit was available. Liam and Matt were our install team and they did a great job - very professional and pleasant guys, they installed the unit with far less disruption than we thought would happen.

After 24 years, our furnace had a violation which required immediate attention. Jason attended our home and explained what we needed based on the size of our home. His suggestions were reasonable and he explained the differences between products very well. We were impressed by his matter of fact approach.
The head technician who attended the install was Steve and we were impressed by their attention to details. They layed rugs to walk on and wore booties and when they finished they left everything clean.
We would highly recommend Jason and Steve as the go-to team!

Tanya was my first point of contact with Delta. She came for an inspection of our old systems to give me a quote for a new furnace and a/c. She was very professional and on time. She took a detailed report and followed up with a detailed quote with 4 different payment levels. Julian and Ben then came to do the installation. They too arrived on time and completely their work in a timely fashion. They took the old furnace and a/c with them and did an excellent job cleaning the job sites. Both were polite and professional. I would definitely use Delta again in the future.

We have had the new system for a week and have already noticed a huge difference in the comfort of our home. The produce is well worth the money. The staff that came to do the quote was very professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The installers were also great to have in the house. Delta Air Systems were great to work with. Cole was very responsive and helpful in determining an AC and heating system that fit our needs and replaced our 25 year old system. Tammy was very helpful in booking us in quickly so that we could have heat in our home. The installation crew, Jason and Andrew, did a quick and clean job and were very professional throughout the installation of removing our old system and replacing it. Our family highly recommends Delta Air Systems and we are happy with our new Lennox system.

It was my 25-year-old furnace, and a casual question over dinner with friends, that led me to contact Delta Air Systems. My friends stated that Delta was, simply, “the best”. A quick e-mail to the owner, a quick phone call in return, and Tanya was at my door for a site visit and quotation. Cannot recommend DELTA AIR enough! Got a new HVAC system installed back in October and the furnace had been running perfectly ever since. The air quality feels amazing! Just got our A/C started up a week ago as the temp was too low at the day of installation.
The entire DELTA team (owner, sales rep, installation team, and service technicians) was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient.
