Services
Ice dams form when the roof deck of your home is warmed by the sun or heat rising from your home's interior, causing the snow covering your roof to melt. The melted snow runs down to the edge of the roof where it is again exposed to frigid air and refreezes, either on the roof edge or in a clogged gutter.

Extremely poor service. Came out to measure to give us a quote. They told us to hold off on ordering roofing as they can get it cheaper. Never called back. I called they said they were working on it. Still didn't hear back then my husband spoke to employee. He said he would have to come back out to remeassure and he never showed up. This has prolonged our roof being done. Would never recommend this company.

We bought our house in July 2016 and one of the first things that to be done was the roof. They were here in a flash to do an estimate. The estimate was completely reasonable so I hired them.
Often trades will not show up on time or even the right day to start work. They don't call or email or text, they just don't show and you have to track them down. It's pretty pier customer service, especially when it has to do with your home or business.
This is the kicker. The site manager showed up at my door to apologize and tell me they could not start on the date

When you need someone in a hurry, SIS is a great company to call and put your trust in.
I mostly live in Toronto, but my farm house in Kelowna sustained a lot of wind damage during one of those winter storms, and I needed someone in a hurry. The first quote I received was inadequate, and - had I went with it - I would have been paying more money for an inferior job.
When I called Jason at SIS, he responded to my inquiry personally, was at my property that day, and started bringing over materials the same day I agreed to his quote. The material used were superior to what was offered in the first
