We used total image due to a insurance claim and we were completely satisfied. Our best experience was with our installation. Brad completed the entire project alone and was willing to help in any way he could. He explains his thought process, takes owner input, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Brad is maticulous and always cleaned up prior to leaving. Please specify to have him install your hardwood, he is outstanding at what he does. Christina handled the scheduling and regularly Communicated with us throughout the installation process. She was easy to work with and

I was referred to this company thru an insurance claim. I have to say that the staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the problem is the install. From the beginning I noticed issued starting with the subfloor install. I decided to redo the entire upper floor. They had to tear out the old floorboards, install new subfloor, and then install the new product ( luxury vinyl plank).
Lack of care or experience while installing both the sublfloor and vinyl plank initially left my new floor with short cuts at closet doors (they came back and fixed those), more than a few rooms
