We had a sewage block on a Sunday, we called many places as an emergency and no one would respond or were too much money on we were too far away for them to come. We called Sanders Plumbing and he called us back quickly and made the half hour drive to unclog our drain. He was friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Allan and call him again if we ever run into problems.

Little over a month ago I called Sanders plumbing (Al) as we had our main drain clogged. The same day he send an old man, very nice plumber who can barely move because of his health issues. I helped to get all of the equipment in and out. He did unclogged our drain. Unfortunately he didn't spend little more time - to run back and forth to make a proper cleaning. I was charged right away, bill came last week (over a month later). Yesterday our drain is clogged again. Allan sanders responded to my plumber emergency immediately.. a pipe in my basement was leaking and on verge of flooding my basement... i had old fittings as its a 90 yr old house... allan approached this project with care and safety.. knew he needed to salvage 1 piece that wss rusting... he resptored the piece and communicated with me every step of the way..... he is the best plumber ive ever met

Like someone else said I wish there was a zero star!!! This guy is very unprofessional!! He came late. Put 40 foot of snake down our toilet he thought the problem was fixed put our toilet bowl back on without changing the ring, we were told he should have known better and changing it should have been included in our price. We paid him around $340.. that night our daughter had a shower and we got backed up again my husband called Allan, he answered and said he would call us back in 5 mins... 45 mins later still no phone call from Allan so my husband calls him back and Allan said he's had to many

Plumber Allan came 2 h late! Price was changed from $249 to $299 over night! Came without proper equipment and after 15 min told that his plumbing snake is too short and we need to call another plumber.
The worst thing is that he wanted that we pay in full him and another plumber! Double full price! When we refused he got angry, aggressive, left everything dissassembeled and when removed plumbing snake created mess all over the kitchen, even on the upper cabinets!

I called this plumber to revive water pressure in my rental apartment.
It's really simple job for anybody who has a channel-lock or a pliers.
He cleaned up two aerators on faucets ends and replaced a shower head (store price $12) without inquiring me.
The whole job took 20 minutes. The resulting bill was $279.

I wish there was a place for zero stars. Saturday night and my bathtub won't drain. I tried 3 times to get a plumber here from the company I normally use and no technician called me back so I tried Sanders. He answered the call right away but when I told him what the problem is he said it is not an emergency (I could hear what sounded like a tavern in the background) and that he would come maybe tomorrow if I still have the problem. Seriously? Tough to get a decent plumber in Orillia on a Saturday night I guess. I have people here needing showers for work/college tomorrow morning!! Nobody in the

Absolutely horrible service. Unprofessional and very disorganized. Has been telling me the repair will start one day, then it changes to the next week and so on.
Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some time and hire someone else.
Also called him to snake the repair he did, because it was already clogged, and he started swearing at me and calling me names. Professional

"Nick Gillespie was not ever a costumer of ours. He is a tenant of a customer of ours. This costumer was very happy with the work done at their building, but not very happy with this super demanding tenant. The work preformed at this location was the installation of an oil separator, sump pit , pump and all ancillary piping and venting. The job went well and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering the complexity of this install."
