Brad, of Wrights Plumbing, was at our door, on time, and within 24hrs of our contact. He was courteous, professional and prepared. Not only did he diagnose our leak, which turned out to be non-plumbing related, he did not charge for the appnt. We couldn’t believe this type of service still existed. We highly recommend Wrights Plumbing and will most definitely use them again. My hat is off to Brad.

The plumber was in my house for literally 3 minutes and snaked a toilet that didn't need it done- he felt so bad he offered 50% off- Got the bill via email for 175.... Confused I responded to say that the plumber said he would give me 50% off. They emailed me back to say that was a deal. from 240 to 175 .....
Wow....I… even think it was the owner who was here....
They are not 'straight' and up front with their customers....I won't be using them again!!
And no- I am not grateful for the few bucks they supposedly took off the bill. Also I will be going to the better

I don't know what happened with Brad. Got along well when we hired him for previous jobs despite often not coming by when he said he would. Very disappointed in the work on the latest job and more importantly the professionalism. Did not show up on day he said. Took him twice as long to do a simple sink replacement and then billed us extra… hours because he didn't have the right tools and hadn't done one before??. Received bill for almost $1000 to replace a sink (not even including the cost of sink)!!!!. Multiple calls to discuss service and bills not returned. Only correspondence was a
