Last year I had a problem with my sump pump. I called this company and Bruce came right out and fixed me up for the night. The next day he came out and put in heavy duty pumps. This week I had a problem all my valves broke. I called out another company...What a mistake. Seeing as to how Bruse was so good last year I though I need to call him back.. He got all my valves fixed and I am able to relax. Never again will I call anyone else. He is honest and knows what he is doing. Thanks to Bruce I can relax and feel safe that I am not going to flood.

USED WRONG TOOLS TO CLEAN MY PIPES.
Three weeks AFTER he came to fix the problem, clog started again, asked him to redo it at no cost he ignored all my messages and calls. Called reliable company to fix my pipes and right from start they told me he did the job wrong, ask for money back. Message me, if you don't believe me. He stole from single mom of 2.

He just came to help me fix a clog. He was very efficient, friendly, cleaned up after and gave me tips on how to avoid it from happening again next time. Even though he was a little late, I got a call from them letting me know of the delay so I knew what was going on. I had a very positive experience and will be calling them again if I ever have another issue.
