The plumber they sent was great but they tacked on an extra $90 for "supplies" and dispatch, IN ADDITION to the actual parts... which they listed as boot covers, and masks. They didn't use boot covers and it's ridiculous to charge $45 for masks.
They also didn't make me aware of these charges before and when I asked them about the charges, they just ignored me. Although I'm happy with the plumber, I would not recommend them or use them again, as it's obvious they are just padding on these charges.

The two gentleman that provided the services needed could not have been more professional.
I believe they went over and above to make sure our washer/dryer situation was met with the best results. New faucets, leakproof and leveled our units for us. I'm confident In their work.

They really came through to fix our stopped kitchen drain when others said they could not come for a week. Amazing service and they managed to clear the clog in short order after I spent 2 days with a powered snake to no avail. Reasonable pricing too. THANKS

We were really impressed with how quickly Drain Pro was able to respond to our problem with sluggish drainage. The serviceman was very professional, well-mannered and helpful. After running a camera and auger in our outflow pipes he suggested some possible solutions and we requested an estimate to improve the flow of storm water. The drainage is still slow but we think that the proposed repairs will work. Unfortunately, we did not receive an estimate but it was probably because it has been such an exceptionally busy year for all of the drain companies.

Great service: easy to book, good communication, and great service day of. I like the straight forward and honest approach. We had used a different company in the past but found that they were trying to sell us on stuff that wasn't needed. Drain Pro was practical and the fella that came knew his stuff and was professional, quick, and friendly. We will definitely be going with Drain Pro in the future!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any “professional” trades person.
This comedy of errors started with installing 2 toilets. A few months go by and I have a stain on my ceiling indicating there is a leak. I call Drain Pro to let them know and I am asked to call back in March (this is December) because they are busy with flood season. What!?!?!?
I get them to come out in January and the guy confirms that the toilet was not installed correctly and was leaking. He puts the toilet back asks if he can saw my countertop to have more room to make it easier. He tells me they will

They were helpful at the first time. Unfortunately, they were not organized on following up. This is a $23,000 job, but they missed it. Sent someone who didn't know what he was doing. Wasted our time and money doing something totally not helpful. We had a big flood several hours later and they refused to help because I gave them an honest feedback when they asked for it. Very unprofessional and poor follow up.

Jason replaced my hot water tank on very short notice . He was very professional and honest. He is obviously passionate about his work and enjoys what he is doing. That is important to me when doing business! Its not always easy being a woman dealing with renovations and repairs - but Jason was fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend him, and use him again for any plumbing issues that come up!.

Recently had a hot water tank replaced by Jason W. He showed up on the expected date and on time. Was professional and courteous. Hot water tank replaced and cleaned up following. Even went above and beyond to clean up an area outside my house. Happy with the work. Would recommend drain pro for any plumbing needs. Will definitely use their services in the future if needed
