Just had all our windows redone by Dominion Windows and Doors. Fantastic service and a job well done. Totally transformed our house. Bill is knowledgable and helped us through the whole process. Alex and team did the install, fast and efficient. Would highly recommend them, top notch service!!

We were initially happy with the new windows and doors that we had done by Bill and his guys at Dominion. Service was friendly, and we are happy with the look.
However, in the process, the bricks above our basement windows were damaged. We've contacted Bill numerous times, and promises have been made by Bill, however a year after the work had been completed, our bricks are still damaged and have not been replaced/ repaired. We clearly didn't set out to have our windows done, only to create more work and another expensive project for ourselves.
I will update this review if repairs are made.

Dominion Doors & Windows was a referral by my contractor. Bill (Dominion Windows) was great to deal with and highly experienced. He guided me on choosing the right windows and colour to enhance the look of my craftsman style home. End results - my house looks Amazing! The Installers were professional and strong attention to detail. Solid quality windows and door. Bill also followed up to ensure i was satisfied. I would high recommend them.

Dominion Doors and Windows is provided me the most efficient and friendly service when installing my new kitchen and bay window. It makes it seem like I have a whole new house. The managers were friendly and considerate and kind to my concerns. I wanted to keep my California shutters and Bill and Rene were able to make this happen. Thanks team.

Bill and his team were very professional from my first call until installation was complete. We had all our windows changed and changed the front door from a double door to a single door. The entire team at Dominion we’re very professional and prompt. Bill even did a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the work. Don’t look any further if you need windows and door.

Amazing team and service. The new windows and doors are really high quality, and have made a huge difference in reducing noise and improving airflow. Within the first day of installation my neighbours all commented on how much better and updated the house looks and feels. Bill and team did an amazing job with my windows, sliding door and basement door. I literally have the best windows on the street! The flashing that was installed around the windows is also just beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. Bill has an excellent sense of design and his feedback was really useful for me in the decision-making process in terms of colours and style (including the grills for the front windows). Great experience from beginning to end. Company owner Bill walked us through quality, styles, colour, energy options for the windows, door styles/colour to compliment the windows for our house giving us a new modern look to a 22 year old house. Bill kept us informed on the status of our order which was completed sooner than we expected, booked the installation dates that worked around our schedules. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the window and door areas inside and out as best they could with drop sheets and shopvac considering it was brick to brick replacement for all my doors
