After discovering water pooling on our front lawn, Resilient was recommended to us by a good friend. Having no knowledge of this type of issue, Jennifer was helpful explaining what possible scenarios this could be. Our experience with Shane is very positive. He took the time to explain and suggest future preventative measure. Jennifer, Ian and Shane were absolutely fantastic! We had them in for our out of service gas fireplace. I thought I would have to spend thousands for a new unit but these guys came into the rescue with their knowledge and experience. Great humor and friendly staff made this experience one of a kind. Had to call Shane to come out and fix a plug sink at our restaurant. Even though it was a Saturday , he arrived quickly and even though the restaurant was open , he managed to get the problem fixed quickly , even though it turned out to be bigger than we thought .
Definitely would use him again and would highly recommend him to everyone.,

I only have wonderful things to say about Shane and Jennifer, they are both very professional and helpful people!! Shane is very knowledgeable and patient, did everything in a very thorough manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needs plumbing related repair. I will be back, but hopefully not any time soon haha.

While Resilient Plumbing did not service our home in the end, I really wanted to write this review because I was impressed with the response and feedback from Jennifer and the advice we got from Shane. We have an electric boiler for hot water / heat. Our boiler had been shutting-off on its own for almost 6 years, but it usually kicks in again after we flick the breaker. Three nights ago, the boiler would not restart -- started sparking and we had wires melting. We could smell the burning. With no hot water in the house, we contacted almost a dozen plumbers for service. Surprisingly, most plumbers

It's rare to find a professional who is both talented as a tradesman and talented as a teacher, but that's what Resilient offers. The result is an experience where you know both that you have gotten the job done and that you have gotten the job done well.
We met Shane after having had a dryer and an oven delivered and installed (we have a brother-in-law who is a red-seal pipefitter, but he's not current). We wanted to have them both teed up so we could pull permits and have everything above-board. It's hard to find a professional who will do this, but Shane was willing to check out our situation

Prior to Christmas my laundry drain AGAIN backed up and once again I was faced with several hundred dollars for a plumber to visit and provide a temporary fix for this had been my experience for several years. Upon a thorough inspection Shane decreed that the pipe under the basement cement would need to be replaced and being on a non-indexed pension now for ten years the capitol cost was prohibitive -however that evening Shane e-mailed to say they would like to help me out and offered me an EXTREMELY attractive price and the opportunity to pay it off monthly.
