The team at Scott's security are very responsive, communicative and timely. They always respond as quickly as they can to my requests and always do their best to meet our needs and requests.
When they set us up, they didn't pressure us into any packages or unnecessary additional features that we didn't need, the sales representative identified what we needed and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Had a couple of issues with the control panel, lights flashing, intermittent beeps. Called for a tech to show up, had a prompt response. Tech was very thorough, spent quite some time at our house, checked out the whole system and no problems since. Also did something to the control panel to avoid me having to reset the clock for the daylight savings time changes.

I am very happy with my new Scott Security video camera system. The installation was very professional and the equipment was commercial grade. I researched all the camera systems on the market and got several quotes for my Surrey warehouse. No regrets at all going with Scott Security. I'll give a shout out to my rep Mike, I was in dire need and he got the job done for me. Scott Security also handles my alarm monitoring.

I've been with Scott Security for years and I am very impressed with thier monitoring station. My brother just burnt some food (minor but set off the home smoke detectors as well as the monitor detectors and they were calling me within seconds. As soon as it went off I dialed the monitor station and had to hang up to answer them calling me.

Scott Security installed a completely wireless alarm system in my town home. Very happy with the outcome. The technician was friendly, professional and installed the alarm in only a couple hours. The sales representative was great too, she came to my home and told me exactly what was needed. So far so good!

Dont even bother using these guys, I had them install a video system for my house and they couldn't get the system working. Four hours to connect the wireless network. Tech had no idea
The sale rep was useless, after the sale he could not be contacted, customer service useless, service call sends out unqualified techs.
Go to Costco and pick up a system for cheap and do it yourself, you will do a better Job
