OMG OMG it was so nice to meet this honest, dependable group. This company has new owners, not Mr. Furness anymore as he is retired. We have used both the old owner and the new ones for over 20 years now. Friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions. I would also say the we are very satisfied with their work. In the past we had a water heater installed by another "professional" in the Fort Erie area who charged us a lot of money and left it installed improperly with no way to flush it as it needed extra plumbing to do so. Steve is the owner and came to quote us on a split HVAC system for our house. He came up with a solution that works exceptionally well for us. Great value and fantastic service! They also fixed some plumbing issues we had. The whole crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Seth, Kevin, Jeff, Dan and Liam were courteous and efficient. My dad went to speak to them about an issue with his water tank and to set up an appointment for service. JW found they did not install the system, so to them it wasn't there issue. The lady that also works there is very ignorant and not professional as she stated "you should go back to the person that put it in". Moving forward I do not recommend them at all!

Absolutely a 1st Class company, and deserving of 5+ Stars. Installation professionally completed of our new appliances, including a Gas Stove. Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact with Barb, to the site inspection, and the installation which was completed on time, and in the same visit. Estimate & Price was also very fair.
Steve and his entire team exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have been more pleased. I am positive that they will continue to earn our business in the future.....

I was fortunate indeed to have found JW Furness. During the weekend on a cold winter day I had the misfortune to have no heat. They quickly responded. Steve thoroughly examined my boiler and resolved the issues promptly. Took the time to explain the problems, answered all my questions without hesitation. Owning my business over 15 years I've dealt with a number of companies and by far JW Furness is the tops! Rates are very reasonable. My parents have used JW Furness for 20 plus years and always had excellent service. my dad past recently, and It was time to replace their agng furnace. I purchased a new combo furnace/air conditioning unit in their module home here my mom still resides. The staff especially Jeff were very conscientious and understanding of meeting my moms needs. They were efficient with their time, did great work both inside and outside of the home, and cleaned up everything so that you couldn’t even tell they were there. Steve & team installed my new furnace and water heater in October with very little inconvenience to me. Although they came up against a few 'hurdles', they managed to get the job done within the expected time frame, and maintained a sense of humour to boot! During the recent blizzard and deep freeze, something popped up on my new thermostat that concerned me, and I called Steve after hours in a panic. Who wants to lose heat when it's minus 30?? Absolutely refreshing customer service and fair pricing. I wish we hadn't have wasted our time and money with another local business.
We had another company come in for a boiler maintenance and we were red tagged for not having a "low water cutoff switch".
We were told it would cost us 700.00 to 800.00 but they couldn't give us an exact price yet payment is due on site after the job is done.
We called JW Furness. The ladies in the office treated my wife with kindness and respect, and sent out Steve to give us a quote. Steve thanked us for inviting him into our home. Explained everything in detail
