THIS OUTFIT IS THE LOWEST OF LOW.... BASICALLY HE LEFT THE WATER HEATER HALFWAY INSTALLED!!! NOR DID HE TELL US THE UNIT NEEDED TO BE FLUSHED OUT EVER YEAR!!! HE Left us with no way to flush the unit at all becaused it needed more plumbing done. We asked him to install a tankless waterheater 12 years ago AND charged us $1200. The water hearter was installed BUT not completed. There was no way to FLUSH it out every year. The units need to be cleaned out because of the deposits left on the heating coils. We were fortunate enough to be able to use it for 12 years until it got so plugged we having

I contacted J Muro about having them install a back up sump pump. They got back to us super quick. They were extremely polite and professional. Quoted us over the phone and let us know that it may cost more depending on how far the sump pump is from the water supply line. The quote was pretty accurate. The workers were on time, called ahead of time too. Completely professional and would definitely recommend.

They did lousy sloppy work in my house and on my property with me having to only call and call and call for there to be no answer as there is a leak where they did eirk and the sump pump is right against my house so the water doesn't go anywhere and the sump pump runs non stop but like I said I can't get a hold if them ????

We have used Muro for all of our plumbing needs. Have found their staff to be caring and attentive. Response to issues is prompt and courteous. This past week we had a major furnace breakdown which cause a lot of stress and concern due to cold weather and lack of heat as well as a strange odour from furnace exhaust. Sadly our furnace had to be shutdown due to Co2 however , we were shown the readings and given options. In the end we were back up with heat after 2 days without, Muros team was caring and even offered us use of their portable heaters. Would highly reccomend for all our plumbing needs

Christmas day disaster. My sewer was plugged and shower was leaking. Lucky Joe Muro Plumbing came after the holiday and took care of it. They were neat (no mess in my house), reliable, reasonably priced and fixed the problem quickly. Exceptional service and at the right price. Felt like I could trust them to do the job right! And lucky for me sewer and shower back in service!

We moved into the area in 2015 after purchasing our cottage. Joe's team open's and closes cottage routinely every year since then. Needed their help for emergency repairs and they were right there with quality work crew getting us back up and running. Awesome contractor to work with. I called on a Friday morning after being given this number by a friend. We had not only ONE toilet break, but TWO within days of each other. Tough to give an accurate review. The plumbers that came were fantastic and really knew their trade. Estimator arrived first then called and was able to fit us in. Work was replacement of old shower drain and trap. A tricky job but they did great work. My issue and why I gave 2 stars is the billing. I recorded the service call at 3hrs and was billed 4. When I spoke with owner (Joe) via mail he explained I was also paying for the local travel time (5km in-town) and that added 1hour, which doesn't make sense or add up. Especially since I'd used Muro in the past for furnace service and was not charged

After some emails to the business owner he agreed to reduce the travel time to 30mins...which is still longer than it would take to drive the 5km across town but better than his original price. I would still recommend that this cost be discussed in advance and a written estimate requested before work started.
