Myself and my wife have nothing but great things to say about Les and Chris from Belvan Construction. We were recommended to use them through a friend so we had them come bid on our job. We decided to go with a cheaper quote and ended up paying for that mistake. We lost $18,000 from choosing the wrong contractor. Les came in and picked up right where the last contractor left off and finished the job on time and on budget for us. They were great to deal with and sent us a weekly timeline of the work being done so we knew how the project was coming along. Both of us were working out of town so the

We worked with Trevor, Les, and Chris in Edmonton to get a new lunch space and washrooms for us at SUBCOE. After on-site initial consultation, we received a comprehensive quotation with a detailed scope of work including electrical, plumbing, millwork, materials etc. They worked out questions we had about building code, developed new drawings, pulled permits and ensured compliance with the city. Regular updates gave us confidence that the project would be a success. We are pleased with the results. From inception to final inspection everything went well. Thank you guys. 100% Recommended.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Les & Chris from BelVan for the construction of our 2900 square foot restaurant in Beaumont.
Les and Chris went above and beyond to provide us with amazing customer service, accurate billing, and quality construction throughout the project. They were fair, easy to get a hold of, patient with our questions (this was our first construction project, so there were PLENTY of them), and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

As a young, female entrepreneur I had the worst possible experience possible from this company. Not only did they cause a two month delay in construction because of permit applications being completing incorrectly, they failed to complete over $25 000 dollars worth of work in my fix price contract and expect to get paid for the services. There approach to me was particularly unprofessional and included bullying and name calling.
