The services we have received some Abalon Foundation Repairs in August was 10 / 10. The people that assisted us in what we required was Brad Harding who is the (Project Manager), David Heeson (Project Coordinator) the workers were Shawn and Joe. Brent came out to our home to do an inspection prior to us bringing in a landscaping company to do some grading in our yard. I want to thank Justin and Mason for their outstanding and professional work during the week they spent (Oct 25-29) fixing the foundation in my home. They were very hard working, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was incredible to see over the few days how they were able to carefully dig down to the weeping tile by hand and when the repair was complete, they did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard. Abalon Construction has been amazing to our organization, they repaired the foundation at one of our youth homes, and responded the same day to our shelter location when we had a collapsed sewer line – dispatched a crew, and had us open again the very same day! Never having foundation work done before, we have no idea what to expect. The work was professionally done and what a clean work site. Fernando did an amazing job ensuring our neighbour's properties were not disturbed and even our property was left so clean and perfect. Abalon removed a decades old concrete floor and dug further to lower the floor several more inches at my request. They installed new footings fir the teleposts, a modern interior weeping/drainage sump system, and poured a new concrete floor. Fernando in particular was amazing, but the whole crew was excellent and very professional. We would definitely recommend Abalon for basement and /or foundation repair work.

Over the years the front of our attached garage heaved that impacted the garage floor and front right column. I contacted Abalon as I knew that they are a reputable company that does very good work. Brent Halarewich came out and completed the assessment and made recommendations. We had to wait until early summer to get the work started to ensure the frost was out of the ground. This was a huge job that Lindsay and his crew (Wynd, Justin, Sandy, Stephan) worked extremely hard removing the concrete, digging 7 foot deep holes in the two front corners and a mid point of each

Spent $13,000+ to have a skeevy looking crew show up two weeks after promised to do foundation repair to one wall; there was little to no communication between the business and homeowner and we were never shown the work as it progressed even via phone; we hired a different company to do the sump pit and wish we'd called them first. Terrible experience with trade.

Got 2 cracks in my foundation repaired a month ago and they are good and not leaking. my problem is where they cut the concrete in my driveway and was supposed to repour the area they cutout. But was told know they wont be doing till next year and just toped it up with more rock which to me is not satisfactory as the invoice was for whole job complete. And shovelling or anything in the snow I am going to get rocks on my lawn or my snowblower will throw them hopefully not breaking any windows.
