Another family member and I both hired GDI to clean our upholstery and carpets. Jamie did an absolutely amazing job, getting a bad graphite staying off a cream coloured rug, and making furniture look like new! I sent my carpet away with him and I can’t wait to see what it looks like when I get it back. Jamie really cares about his work and puts in every effort to do the most thorough possible job. Super impressed! Will definitely hire GDI again!

Spectacular carpet cleaning - I highly recommend. We had previously used their services on a move-out and contacted them again for a recent move. They did a fantastic job on our carpets, and our property managers had no issues returning our full damage deposit. A very professional and qualified team - you won't go wrong using their services.

I would recommend Jamie for sure. He did a very thorough job and even cleaned the carpets in our 2 cars. There were 2 red stains (kids!) in the house carpet that did not come out but he didn't think they would so he managed our expectations appropriately upfront.

Horrible service all around. I am now facing a bill of over $1500 and the house cleaning and tile cleaning were a joke. I told them that I needed the deep cleaning package. See pictures attached to see what they considered a deep clean. If I were the CEO of this company, I would hang my head in shame. Further, when I called to complain, the floor manager started quote PSI and chemical statistics like I care, continuing to make excuses, without even bothering to look at the evidence. I paid for a service and you did a horrible job, then made lame excuses. That's a damn poor manager. They offered

I would not recommend this company. I hired servpro to do a clean-up after a full house renovation to the tune of $700 and it was not worth the money. Not only did I have to re-clean all the bathrooms, the casings and windows but they used an abrasive pad on the LED screen of the 1-year old gas oven rendering the panel opaque and completely useless. The repair bill for the oven was $560 but the part was 8-weeks out and we needed to get the property on the market so ended up buying a replacement of the same model for $1800 (the fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove all matched). We have had Servpro in to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis for the past 3 years and couldn't be happier. The cleaners do a great job and the customer service we get from the office is second to none. We have also have them in twice a year for carpet cleaning and once a year for window cleaning and furnace cleaning - if you're looking to have anything cleaned in your home, this is the company to call!

I had furnace / furniture and house cleaning done post new flooring install. The services were so well organized ... by the end of the day I had a clean , dust free house. The people that provided the service from the office to the workers were professional and hard working.
I was very impressed and delighted after a week of wondering if I would ever get my house in order , that in a few short hours it looked better then I could have done ( without spending a week at it !!). Thank you !!

I was contacted by a manager who let me know that Tony is no longer with them. He emphasized that he does care about my experience, and will address the staining free of charge. I feel much better knowing my complaint was in fact dealt with, and appreciate the follow up very much.

I recently hired Servpro to clean my house. I have never used a home cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect. The girls that arrived were awesome! They were friendly and efficient and did a great job cleaning my house. It was such a positive experience I am going to have them come back again. Because this cleaning went so well I have booked them to come back and clean my carpets and windows! What a treat to have someone else do the work. Great Service Servpro! Thank you!
