The design of our windows includes multiple extrusion chambers, and a wall thickness that few vinyl windows manufacturers can rival. To keep the elements from entering your home, all windows incorporate a minimum of three weather strips between the sashes and the mainframes, providing up to 40% better protection against the worst weather.
Our wood windows feature an aluminum solid extrusion on the exterior in order to protect the wood from harsh weather conditions. My poor grandmother was taken advantage of. They installed her front doors, which were very expensive. They painted her inserts a completely different color than the rest of the door and did not properly stain it, causing damage. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, they did not return our calls despite trying repeatedly. Did not get any compensation at all nor any follow up to get it corrected. I have documented voicemails, fax, etc of correspondence with no reply. It is hard to believe they are still in business. Do not recommend. Stay away at all costs.

I am not happy that you have not compensated us for the dammage caused to our property during installation. You had said you would be by last week with the cheque but did not show and did not follow up with a phone call. We have phoned you repeadily to inquire about this but you will not return our calls. Based on this I would not recommend your business to anyone! Very unprofessional!
