The Door Dudes

This is the second time we've used Door Dudes for an installation. The first was a patio door and yesterday for seven assorted window styles. The crew of two were on time promptly and both kind and courteous. The work was done efficiently and a super job on the clean up. Both jobs were fabulous! We plan on using Door Dudes for future work. Thank you Dave for your time and helping us get what we needed and at a good price.

After getting several quotes from other companies and being disappointed that they could not provide the replacements we were looking for, we contacted the Door Dudes. They were extremely helpful in knowing what we were looking for. They gave us a timeline for delivery and they kept it even though they had to deal with all of the Covid related delays. The installation was seamless and the installers were professional. The Door Dudes get 5 stars for the excellent Customer Service, Products and Workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Door Dudes has great quality doors and lots of options. They worked with me to design a door, it was installed last week and it looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the service, the installation and the quality of the door. The cost of the door was also very competitive. We're thrilled.

They said they could not get prices..estimates took 4 ever.
They do not have access to glass inserts for doors that are now modern and trendy.

Have nothing but great feedback to share about The Door Dudes. Great experience started in the showroom with John L. Took time to understand our needs and provide a range of options. Prompt site visit to take measurements and clear communication on timelines until product was ready (it took awhile as our needs were all custom). A proactive heads up from the office to advise when the install was officially happening as well. Before install, I had some questions on the "completed" framing left behind by my contractor - John came out next day and made recommendations. Changes were needed. So glad

We visited the showroom on a Saturday, and John came to measure etc., on the Monday. We chose the door, hardware, glass, colour etc., and was promised a quote within 48 hours. Over two weeks later still waiting. Needless to say, we would not recommend to anyone.

Door Dudes needs more positive web reviews. They are a old school company with strong values and customer support. Dave Wallis personally held my hand along each step of the journey and even took me on a tour of the Burlington based factory for Wardco windows. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and well educated on exactly what we were buying. Its a big purchase and feel very happy with our choice. We did a lot of shopping around, and decided to go with Door Dudes. We replaced our front door and 16 windows in our home. Top quality sales, installation and products

These guys come in and do a fantastic job - they really care to make sure the work is clean - very professional. I was lucky they were able to help me out quickly enough to meet the contractor reno deadlines. Could not say enough about these people!!

Went to the store on Fairview to discuss a patio door in our home and was looking for replacement options, I was treated poorly and told the only way they would discuss it was to come to my home. I tried to explain I was looking for options of sliding or "french doors" and approximate costs before we took the time to have them come to my home, but I was told it was their way or no way. Needed a new front door. Looked around and was referred to door dudes from a friend. Couldn't have a better experience. They were not only the best price in town but they actually were on time and the quality was second to none. If you need doors windows etc you need to call these guys. Best in the business.

Hands down the ONLY place in southern Ontario to go for your window and door purchase. Chris and his team are the best and most punctual installers I have ever had the privilege to deal with. On time great price best service. You need to shop here.
