On July 17, we chose and ordered new inserts for our front entrance. A price was agreed upon and put in writing by Rick. Within a week we were informed that the inserts were ready and we were very happy to hear this. However, they also told us that the price they gave us in writing was too low and it was going to be more expensive. This didn’t feel right to us. They then wanted us to send a copy of the written quote which we promptly did. Since that time we have received one email stating that although the glass was in, they didn’t know when they would be in the area. Subsequent emails sent

We did the windows and doors in our home in two stages, the front being first. Yesterday The Door Centre completed stage 2, which consisted of the remaining doors and windows. Their works was even better than the first time and beyond my highest expectations. The cost was minimal when you consider the quality of the product, workmanship, and cleanup. In addition, their prompt response to queries and ongoing support is beyond comparison. Trust me, you cannot go wrong selecting this company to replace your windows and/or doors.

We recently had our basement windows changed. We contacted The Door Centre in Burlington and were most pleased with the service. From the time we went to the showroom where we were told all our options until the gentleman arrived to install them, everything was handled in a professional manner. He did a great job installing and cleaning up. We didn't need to do anything.

Will not recommend them to anyone and will never purchase from them again. Not only did they badly damage new hardwood floors, the front door leaks and it took three months of us calling and going to the showroom before a repair to a leaking window that was causing staining in ceiling was semi repaired. We are still waiting for screens that they damaged while "repairing" faulty window.

Definitely not a good experience overall.
The sales experience was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They were glad to take my money, however the post sales experience was terrible. 2 major problems.
First, upon door order I was quoted a 2 week delivery time however doors did not arrive until 5 weeks. No real responsibility taken other then to pass the blame to the door manufacture.
Secondly, when the doors arrived, the frame they supplied did not fit into my roughed in opening. The frame width was 58.25 inches however they told me upfront to rough in a 58 inch opening as I ordered 2 26
