Because I could not fit the long railing in my vehicle they offered to have one of their contractors drop off the railing at my place when he was doing a job in my neighbourhood... they trusted me with the product even though they never new me, trusted I would pay after the fact they left the railing with me without really knowing who I was...

Worst people to deal with. I had to tell them my availability 3 times! They are really bad at responding, and numerous times I had to contact them as they never responded to me. We finally set a time between 9-10 on a Saturday morning and the guy texts me that morning to say they will come 10-11. I said 11 is too late as I had an appointment. He said ok 1030 latest. By 1039 i called and he said 1115!!!!! No consideration for people's time.

I have been trying to find a specific sweep for our shower door, for the past number of months. I found them on the internet, but they were expensive to purchase and ship. I stopped by OZ Shower Doors today, and they had exactly what we needed. When I asked how much it would cost, they said that there was no charge. I got the house almost 7 years before but when i asked the shower companies to get my shower install, they declined to do so. I asked some other companies as well but they told it impossible to install Frame-less shower door. Luckily, this year i visited Oz Shower Door and they made an appointment & made it possible. I just wanted to show other companies how beautifully & in an excellent way they get it done at very economic price.
