We moved into a new house earlier this year, and just as the weather started to turn cold, our furnace started flashing an error code. We called Cross, and the tech that arrived was not only professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but also took nearly 45 minutes of his day to explain our new home's heating, A/C, and air purification systems to us, as well as how to best care for them! When he left, not only was our furnace back up and running, but we were also well-informed about how to best care for the fancy system we didn't even know we had! Both technicians from Cross Heating and Air Conditioning that came to service our fireplace and furnace were not only professional and courteous, but took the time explain the services provided and a comprehensive report of their findings as well as suggested maintenance for the future. Top notch company. Very professional and responsive - even during the COVID pandemic. Cross Heating installed new AC, furnace, demand hot water, and water softener. Work completed on schedule over 2 days and to a high standard. Later inspection from Enbridge revealed a couple very minor code violations. Cross techs visited immediately to correct. Had a problem with AC; Cross tech responded very quickly over the weekend and walked me through a power reset which corrected problem. I feel that Cross will honour warranty agreements promptly which gives me peace of mind. Again, a very professional job

After selecting the product that was right for us, the installation date was determined and stayed on schedule. The polite and courteous installation crew were efficient, friendly and dedicated (even staying late on a long weekend to finish up!)

Very helpful. They designed a system for us that combines a central system with some ductless units. Suits our home very well. Everyone was very responsive. Advised us of any visits and installation dates well in advance. Always arrived on time. Started and and completed the work on the dates they specified. The work was well done and the installation staff cleaned up nicely when they finished. Everyone we dealt at Cross with treated us very politely and professionally...top notch service!

A little while ago I had a quote done to replace our furnace. They were very prompt and efficient in service. A gentlemen by the name of Jeff Payne came to our home, he was very professional and curteous. He went over everything with me, made sure he answered all the questions I had. His work was actually quite thorough. And when everything was said and done, he sat at my kitchen table and printed all the quotes I requested for the different furnaces. Would b nice if everyone took the time to do this with all their customers. Thank you, much appreciated.
