1-Clean Air arrived on time and cleaned the HVAC vents as expected. Our home had just been renovated and both technicians took the necessary precautions to prevent any scratches or scuffs to our floors and walls. Only one Before/After picture of the main duct was provided (I was hoping that there would have been additional pictures of the other areas). I recommend 1-Clean Air for duct cleaning services.

I was always told if you have nothing to say say nothing at all. But the company keeps. Pushing for me to leave a review so here it is The 2 service technicians, that came to my place were pretty rude. They were fully French and treated me as a women of colour pretty disrespectfully in my own home. I had to call my husband to come home as the 2 men had no respect for me on my own. Once my husband came, they lightened their tone slightly buy it was still there. I went with 1clean air because of the high star rating. Overall, I found the professionalism of their technicians to be sub-par, but the customer service experience was satisfactory and eventually they did address all of the issues I had with the service.
The main issue I had was that the technicians noticed my cold air return had two vents not connected to the furnace. They suggested they might need to cut a hole in my ceiling/return to draw out the dust. I said no. They told me if they couldn't hook up their vacuum to the cold air return, debris might fly out. Booked the duct and vent cleaning in the summer, the technician came and told us they were not able to do the cleaning because there was no access and we had have it cut ourselves and left ...we were contacted a few days later saying that they do offer service to cut an access for an extra fee (okay fair enough), we had the service re-booked and the service was done by a different team of technicians which told us there was no need to cut into our ceiling as they have access.

We had our duct & dryer vent clean, both technician (Marc & Christopher) were hands on and kept us informed through out the way. They were both very professional and answered all of our questions (both in french and english). Company was excellent leading up to the scheduled appointment by sending reminders. I strongly recommend their services. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies.
