Sirena products are good BUT very BAD customer service.
Their LIVE CHAT is useless. I asked if I can cancel my order and re-order or change order. They replied quickly "It's already cancelled" without even asking the order # or any information to verify.
I asked how do you know which item to cancel. He replied telling me its already cancelled and asked if I want an email confirmation. I asked back what order # did he cancelled. He replied back to asked me to call their Customer Service.

A NEGATIVE ZERO-ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE "Customer Service" if that's what you'd call the exchange of words I just had with an alleged "rep". Sirena if that's the best you can do - try harder. The barking rep shouldn't be answering your phones, he could barely answer without snarling. For as much as I want the product and was ready to make a purchase of a brand new one today; now I'll pass. I bought my Sirena a little less than a year ago because I found that it worked almost like the Rainbow but not as pricey. I bought the refurbished version and I am super happy with it. It works great, you can see the difference in the cleanliness of the house and I have two cats which shed hair. It cleans extremely well and it's comfortable for me to use around the house. I also use the air purifier and I bought the little version for my room.

Dog lovers rejoice! The Sirena Vacuum is a lifesaver with our white hair shedding American Bulldog. We also have a Dyson and there is no comparison in regards to cleaning. Within 2 uses the Dyson smells like dog but with the Sirena you start fresh every time. Looking at the hair and dirt that you dump out after each use is proof of its cleaning ability. Great customer service. We love it and will always have one as long as we have a dog!

Love my sirena vacuum! Literally the best vacuum I’ve ever bought. I have 8 dogs and I used to go through a lot of bags with other vacuums, and the vacuums would lose suction power after a few months. There is no suction loss whatsoever on this vacuum and not having to buy bags makes such difference. Not to mention the fragrances you can add to the water that freshen up the room. Would definitely recommend this vacuum!

We love our Sirena! We bought it more than three years ago online at Costco and it has been working amazingly well ever since. Before we bought our Sirena, we had two different models of Dyson vacuum cleaners one after another. Both Dyson vacuum cleaners started breaking down within a year after purchasing respectively. I am pleased with my Sirena vacuum cleaner. I have used a Rainbow for several years, and I find that the Sirena compares very favorably to it and
costs considerably less. It is much easier to move around and is more ergonomic to use. The wands are lighter, being made of aluminum, and the power nozzle is easier to use. I have not used it for anything else besides vacuuming carpet so far, but I look forward to exploring all its uses.

I've had my Sirena Vacuum for about six months and I think it's absolutely amazing. The suction is great and it's great to see how much dirt and fur has been picked up each time. In a house with two dogs there is a lot of fur and it all goes in to the water rather than filling up and replacing vacuum bags. I've been very happy with my purchase. The attachments take a little getting used to swapping out but the clean carpets are worth it.

There's nothing like it. My hardwood floors remain clean and dust free for up to a week after vacuuming with Sirena. Fabulous attachments. Easy cleanup after use. Best feature...starting with a clean, fresh water basin beginning with each use ensures the BEST filtration on this planet!!! Canister and bag vacuum cleaners cannot hold a candle to the Sirena Vacuum with Water Filtration. I would highly recommend
