Lorent Nagy is a one man business owner. Very professional, attention to details. He took the time to answer all my questions. I have had my carpet clean before and stains that were still there post cleaning in the past have now disappear! And what was promise has been delivered above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend him. From my part , he will be the person to go for sure!

This is first time experience with a professional cleaning. To be honest our carpets didnt clean since 10 years and we r having kids and cat at home. Carpets were extremely dirty and i was surprised after he finished his job. they are like new. He came on time and actually spent double time then normal. HE DID A GREAT JOB!

I have hired another company in the past and will never go back to them. (They actually recommended Lorand as they subcontract to him when they are overbooked.)
Lorand is the owner and does the work so you know he is concerned about the quality which affects his business. You can count on him to be honest with what he can do and offer a fair, competitive price.
I hired him in October to clean my carpets in a rental. I was impressed with how he was able to remove the stains. The carpets looked fantastic!

My mother has asked that I write this review as she still doesn't understand "the google". Her dog had an accident and the search to find a reputable carpet cleaner ensued. I came across Quality Carpet with their 5 star reviews and thought let's give them a try.. What a refreshing experience to find someone who actually cares about their customers. My mom couldn't stop talking about how nice "the young man" was. On top of being courteous and polite, he did a thorough, fantastic job at an extremely reasonable price. This is my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning company. I decided to give this company a try after seeing these nice reviews. I'm very happy that I made the decision cuz all the things they said are true! Lorand is very approachable and punctual. The price is competitive and the results went beyond my expectations. (I had high expectations because of the previous reviews :)) I'll recommend this company to my friends for sure. Our community needs more quality services like this!

Lorand did an amazing job on our basement carpet and stairs. I would recommend him without reservation. His pricing is competitive, but more importantly his work is excellent. He was meticulous and thorough, and the results far exceed any previous cleaning we've had done with larger companies. If you are looking for carpet cleaning in Ottawa, look no further IMO.
