Occasionally we work together on larger jobs and have a lot of fun while at the same time providing our customer with high quality cleaning. We have all been through security checks, are insured against accidents to customer property and are covered by the workplace safety and insurance board.
Move in and move out cleaning services are often needed when changing from one location to another. ATC Cleaning can help with making your transition easier by providing quality cleaning services. You can count on us to show up on time and with everything needed to get the job done correctly. We will review your job and get a price back to you within an hour or two during business hours or by 10am the next business day.
Janitorial cleaning services are important no matter what your business does, a clean office is important for your company's reputation and more importantly the general Health and safety of the employee's. It has been shown that excessive dust and the dust mites contained thereon (up to 6 mites on each spec of dust!) can cause allergies and asthma.
Visitors and prospective customers can use this tool to get an instant price for a cleaning service at their location. Unlike other cleaning sites that claim to give instant quotes only to tell you that: "someone will contact you soon"! Please note that the prices given by this tool reflect weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service on a house or apartment already in maintenance cleaning condition.
This service level is charged at $45.00 per hour of labour and requires the customer to have already had services provided by us withing the last 3 calander months. Schedule is not set as customer just calls us when service is needed. First 5 hours are charged at $60 per hour of labour. Any time above 5 hours is charged at $40.00 per hour of labour.

Second appointment didn't show and when I called was advised my cleaner would be on holiday that date so it would be one week later.
The week later my cleaner came with a trainee as she was injured and pending surgery. I called prior to next date to confirm appointment and was told the new person found another job and my original cleaner would be coming with another trainee.
The appointment was for 8a.m. as usual and at 8:25 I called the company for a no show and was told someone else got hurt so my cleaner was going to help out in that situation and was going to call me to tell me she would

I hired ATC to clean my new home prior to moving in our belongings, I was happy that I could select specific things to be cleaned, such as baseboards,
Doors, appliances etc. It gave me confidence that they would be done and given adequate attention. I was surprised at the high cost, 15 hours of labour they said $790 for 2 floors apprx 1500 sq feet. They were here for longer than expected which was fine but when they left it was obvious entire rooms were missed. Baseboards were still dusty, toilets werent clean and the master shower was scuzzy and grimy. Initially I was not going to let them know

The cleaners were excellent. I have been without a cleaner since last March with my elderly husband and I trying to keep up. The two employees did an amazing job, with some additional items to get to at next visit.

Wow! I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Both Toni and Michelle were not only excellent at making my home sparkle, they were both delightful to chat with! ATC is a wonderful company. My girlfriend and I had booked their move-in cleaning services when we moved into our previous house, and we were absolutely satisfied. They work well, quickly, and are very accommodating. They cleaned our new home just as thoroughly, and even adjusted their price once they realized our oven didn’t need further cleaning. We will be booking them again! Highly recommended.

I've been using Alain and the group for about three years now. The house always looks great and they are extremely accommodating to schedules, etc.. When people ask me about cleaners I always recommend them because they are outstanding. That phone call a couple of years ago asking for quote has turned into one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made.:) A+ all the way!

We've been with ATC for a year now and have been very happy with the service. They listened to and acted on our feedback after the first few cleanings to iron out some particulars and since then it's been on auto-pilot. Love coming home to a clean house and it's always very well done. With two young kids and a cat in the house, that's no small feat. Al has always been responsive to emails in the few times we've needed to reschedule. Highly recommended.

I hired ATC Cleaning Company to clean my house. The quoting process online was accurate and fast! Our house looks clean and smelled fresh when the cleaners left. The cleaners was very thorough and did not miss a spot at all! The cleaners did an amazing job, especially it was filthy to start with. All in all, it was a great service. I hate cleaning so I decided to hire some professional help. I went with ATC Cleaning, and I'm happy I did. They were extremely efficient and professional. My house was way cleaner than I thought it would be… since other companies I used were never as good. Initially I thought their prices were good but after I saw how clean my house was, their prices are simply excellent. I'll be working with ATC cleaning on regular basis from now on.

ATC Cleaning has been providing me service here in Ottawa for a few years now. I am for the most part very happy with the maid services they provide. There have been problems in the past with the cleaning but not with the management which were very helpful in resolving the issues. I do not hesitate to recommend them.
