Stay away from these people. Shop around. I should have listened to the poor reviews here. Will never use them again.
There are far better choices in Vancouver.
They seem to have the habit of not being upfront with costs and then billing you after the fact.
For both material and labour.
I don't know which is worse. Management owner or the plumbers they contract out.
Not happy with them at all.

Imagine receiving no quote, and someone goes to work on your not-old furnace (warranty just expired).. and thdn later sends you an invoice for almost the price of a new furnace... almost $4000!!
Imagine calling other furnace experts who laugh out loud when you tell them what you were charged by Lews....not only the ridiculous hours but the audacious 100% mark up on parts, and trying to claim three separate parts all need replaced suddenly; an impossibility of odds.
Oh but it gets better... when you ask for details on labor and clarification about how the bill can be more than double what honest

They are very misleading with their hourly charges. Had to have them in for a Sunday call and was told that it would be $220 per hour. Tech arrived and was very quick and did a good job - it was a 20 min repair and he was on site for 45 minutes (confirmed by their office's GPS). When the job was done we were billed for 90 minutes at the full $220 per hour for the tech's "travel time". We live literally 5 minutes from their office. If I was told that I would be paying for 45 minutes of "travel time" at $220 per hour I would not have had them in.

Had a problem with my water heat not turning off in my condo. I called this one because they had the previous review 4 stars. Not many plumbing and heaters service companies have good reviews so I called these guys because they were close and they advertise that they are cheap. After a horrifying call with the dispatcher I requested a call from an actual plumber, she assured me he would call. the plumber doesnt call, he calls the next day and says he's coming over in half an hour to fix my zone switch. I never even requested the service. I was inquiring about prices and after the freak show
