Marcelino did a stellar job Marcelino did for me with the installation of vinyl plank flooring that replaced old-school laminate. I was worried beforehand because of all the built-ins and the complicated edges in the unit - but Marcelino navigated the problems with an expertise that amazed me and made me very happy. He also left the place spotless.
I have used Carpet Mill for many years - dating back to the early 2000's or thereabouts, and this latest job has kept me a fan.

We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with The Carpet Mill. Our salesman was informative and not at all pushy; the installer was punctual and polite and did a great job installing carpet on our stairs. And perhaps best of all, we paid about $1,000 LESS than we had been quoted by another shop for the identical carpet/installation. Highly recommend.

Bad Experience. Staff refused to help me inside Carpet Mill and then I gave a 1-star review. WORST PART: After I wrote my review the owner followed me hundreds of meters outside the store to confront me inside Home Depot and DEMANDED I remove this RATING. I guess I look like a LAMAR. Like I’m going to intimidated 🤣

The installation job that this company has done was awful with low quality underlayments, rough job resulting uneven surface in parts. Significant spaces between floor plants are already showing a year after.

I appreciate your response Carpet Mill. The reason why I did not contact you for the issue was because the serious problems such as peaking and separating shows soon after the warranty period. A well done floor installation job should not have major issues such as those. You used the cheapest underlayment. At least offer your customers options to choose better - water resistant - underlayment

SO MANY OPTIONS. Honestly they have so many different rugs and flooring choices at various price range. Items are also competitively priced. I found a rug here that was ridiculously marked up else where.
When I entered the store someone greeted me and asked if I needed assistance right away. Within 5 mins I found EXACTLY what I was looking for and ~$60 less than another furniture store i had recently visited. Very pleased.
The rug i bought is faux fur and its just something fun for the time being as it probably won't last long.... but they also have some amazing quality wool rugs that I want

This is my second time coming to this location for rugs (kitchen, living & bedroom) and as usual the
Customer service was grand.
My husband and I were amazed by the quality of the rug after 2 years, still going strong.
We currently have a runner in the making with carpet mill.

We bought top of line wall to wall carpet and an area rug from carpet mill. Installation was great but now the area rug has bled into the wall to wall carpet. We sent an email asking them to come and look at the colour change in our wall to wall carpet and have had no response. Now we are left with a discolouration in the rug and cannot ever move the area the rug an inch. You would think being carpet people first they would have know the area rug would bleed and second that at least they would respond or come and check for future reference (we are no distance from them). Not sure if Carpet Mill

My husband and I visited today looking to purchase vinyl flooring. We had been told to visit this store because I had contacted a manufacturer and they told us that Carpet Mill was a retailer and that they had what I wanted in stock.
My daughter fell asleep in the car, so I went in on my own. I wandered for 20 minutes or so and no one came over to offer me any assistance. So I went to get my family and had them come in. My husband called someone over who clearly was not at all interested in helping us. He showed us only half of the Vinyl options, (the most expensive ones) and looked annoyed that

Bought a runner like close to 7 years ago from this place. It has been sitting in my basement until last week. I booked an appointment witn Said. He was straight up with the cost. Today, the installation day, my contractor arrived exactly on time. He took some time with me doing the calculations to make sure we had enough material. And we did. He was totally respectful and did an amazing job. I am so happy with it! I would completely recommend The Carpet Mill and anyone who follows my reviews knows I don't say that often!

I have purchased great carpet remnants here many times in the past and was very happy with my purchases. This time I had carpeting installed on 2 sets of stairs. I was able to find great quality carpet remnants which kept the cost down. The sales person (Lyndsay) was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The installers (Ali and Nassir) were on time, respectful, and pleasant which is important when you are inviting strangers to work in your home. But most importantly, the installers were very skilled and performed quality work.
