The sales manger Dimi was beyond helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and made my vision come through. David and his team were exceptional and very professional. I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I came here after hearing about the grand opening from a friend who lives nearby. My fiance and I wanted to redo our stairs, so we gave it a shot. The inside of this place is immaculate! Very well organized with a beautiful assortment of supplies. Dimi, the sales manager was not only extremely friendly but very informative, She helped us choose our new spindles, and let us know of their other services they provide. We ended up hiring David to do our stairs, and we even hired him to do the refinishing of our floors! Absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship

Excellent customer service! Out of all the stores I've been to no one had the selection they have. Dimi recommended some great options at really great prices. Got my flooring and stairs redone, and everything went smoothly.

5 stars is not enough for this place. I had a friend recommend NDO to me and decided to stop by. The showroom has beautiful options for all of your flooring needs. I had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager Dimi. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and works very hard to find the best solution for you. Not only does the showroom offer great options, but they also offer flooring services. I had David and his team work on the floors in my home and just WOW. You can tell right away that they care about what they do. He is very professional and his work is top notch. Absolutely blown away
