We needed our exterior wood frame and aggregate concrete stairs replaced. It was a small job compared to most, but Rhys came by to look at what was required, and gave us a quote and timeframe when he could fit it in between larger jobs. It was done in the timeframe promised, cost was also as promised, and good quality work done. Very happy with the final product. Good communicator, and provided options along the way. Would recommend and use Ingram Contracting again.

I hired Rhys to do an exterior and interior renovation of our entire first floor after interviewing 5 different general contractors. The house we purchased was just short of being a teardown, in fact the only part worth salvaging was the concrete foundation and the original wood siding. We hired Ingram Group Contracting to do an addition and a total renovation. The house was completely gutted, the ceilings vaulted, walls torn down and they worked with us and our designer to develop a new home layout and rebuild with new higher-end finishings to create the home we now love. We had a strict move-in date which was (thankfully!) met and the cost was as originally quoted and very fair. We definitely have and would recommend!

We hired Ingram Contracting to do our addition to our place. Initially nervous about trying to find a contractor due to all the horror stories of bad experiences out there, we found Ingram to be knowledgeable and helpful. They did an exceptional job, coming in on budget, on time at high quality. They were reliable, honest and open. Ingram exceeded expectations (by quite a bit actually) and I would strongly recommend them.

Rhys gutted and renovated 2 bathrooms for us and we are very happy with the end product.The project was done on time and within budget. He was reliable and easy to work with. Rhys was very good at communicating where we should spend $ so that the quality wouldn't suffer and when an extra expense wasn't necessary. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rhys.
