Very satisfied with the work that Stadtke did installing a new air handler and Fujitsu heat pump. Price was fair and it was a clean job. A little difficult trying to communicate some times but totally understandable considering the amount of customers that they are trying to satisfy in a covid pandemic. Thank you Brian and Jen for the outstanding work you did. I look forward to using your services in the near future.

I would like to share an amazing "How to do Business With Integrity" story - a true story here in Cobourg, Ontario.
My central air conditioner needed repair or replacement so I always have a policy of obtaining three separate quotes before any large purchase. I called a HVAC business that I have used before. The service tech inspected the unit and said that the only way forward was replacement and to redo just the parts would be over $10,000.00 and the quote for replacement much the same. Received a second quote from a business in Peterborough and the Rep stated I would probably also need a new

We had our water main valve pop off and after having the city turn off the main from the road we needed a repair done to our water pipe. Called Stadtke plumbing and they dispatched a repair team ASAP! Both plumbers were very professional and made the repair properly. They took their time explaining what went wrong in the first place and made alterations to the fitting so this will not happen again. I would highly recommend Stadtke for all your plumbing needs 10/10 service!

Had a toilet installed in the main bathroom, plumber was great! But it was not the toilet I ordered... but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I mentioned it later on when I was getting a repair performed on a different bathroom, and they felt terrible and sent me a bit of a refund!

Had a service call with them in Dec. for repairing our furnace. The bill was for over $560. Called them again before 30 days as they have a "satisfaction guarantee". They went out to my home and charged another $165 saying that the second call was not related. What was really poor was the way they handled the situation. They "bullied" me with threatening text messages and emails. When I asked to discuss the matter by phone, they would reply "don't waste my time". Extremely dissapointed with the customer service.

On time, courteous, professional! Cassandra was able to dispatch a team on short notice to fix a broken pipe. The technicians arrived within an hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. They took the time to explain the issue and how they fixed it. I have used Stadtke several times (furnace, AC), and I have always been satisfied with the quality, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you.

Called 3 times before I got a response. Apologies followed in 2 emails asking for a quotation. As requested, sent pictures of the job. 2 more phone calls. Long story short, was ignored for almost a week when the company wouldn't deign to respond to a small plumbing job. Called Doyle's. who responded and showed up 2 business days later and were fast, reasonable and professional. Do yourself a favour. Avoid this company and go with Doyle's.

I've had both their plumbing technicians and furnace technician deal with issues at my place. They were experts, courteous, and pleasant. They company confirms times by a real person phoning to confirm your appointment and time. The plumber be easy going to be 20 mins. late and they called in plenty of time to notify me. I really appreciate that. Personal contact - where do you get that nowadays. Really raises the bar.
