Leo and his crew have been so good to us. They’ve come to assess and fix our heating and plumbing issues so quickly and with top shelf quality work we feel so supported in those times of need like when our AC broke on the hottest day in Vancouver history or when the heater broke on the first snow day of winter. Leo’s a kind voice on the other end of the line when you need it most. Best place in town..

Leo seemed nice and knowledgeable on the phone, so he gets 1 star for that. It’s was a clear day today, which would have been ideal to check out our water leak. However, we waited the whole day and nobody showed up. We called and followed up several times. Even after Leo said that he was coming soon, nobody showed up or called to tell us that he’s not coming. We were left scrambling to find another plumber at the end of the day (no appointments were readily available at this point). Meanwhile, water is still leaking on our property, and we either have to take a day off work or find childcare

Leo this review is for you to read as well as anyone else. Sorry for the low rating but I don’t think you understand how frustrating it has been to call you every day and be assured someone is coming over and yet other employees have told me you have written nothing down.
I had used Leo’s Plumbing for years. Always friendly and prompt. I saw those low reviews and was puzzled as it was never my experience. However the past three weeks have changed my mind. A month ago I would have given this business 5 stars.
For 3 weeks(!!) after repeated calls and an email Leo has continued to assure me

I hired Leo's company to replace a kitchen faucet at a rental property on Monday, June 21st. The job was completed properly as my tenant was satisfied with the new faucet. My credit card was charged on June 22nd. Since then, I have repeatedly requested an invoice from Leo without any success. I have called on June 24th, sent an email on June 26th, called again on June 30th, sent a message on their website on June 30th. Today is July 3rd, I still have not received my invoice. I have hired many professional contractors over the years for plumbing or other property maintenance tasks and I always get

Edit to the owner: Hi Leo, I will stick to 3 stars. I did not get the service I actually would have preferred. I took into consideration replacing more than the simple cartridge, the time it takes for labor, ordering the parts and installation, someone coming into my home during COVID times, and damages or inconveniences that can potentially happen meant this was (in my opinion) the very last/least-favorable option for me. The valve with body assembly he showed was almost similar pricing to a whole new bath set, and if you want to match my type of piping it would take time to assess that as well

0 out of 5 rating. I called Leo’s Plumbing (I spoke to the owner Leo) regarding a toilet repair and it started good, but went downhill from the initial contact. First of all, he never returned my call after telling he would call me in 15 minutes to discuss repair schedule - I had to call to remind him of my appointment on the day of the appointment. In addition, when he emailed me the bill for payment he charged me $12 for his employee’s PPE gear (mask, booties) and charged me $13 for a toilet part that did not even require replacement. I recognize that $25 is not an exorbitant amount or a

I live in Vancouver’s west side and called Leo’s Plumbing to install a new toilet, vanity and shower. They showed up on time with masks and boot covers, I felt very safe! The 2 plumbers that arrived were extremely friendly. Leo’s Plumbing installed a new Toto toilet, vanity and a beautiful Moen faucet for my bathroom. Leo’s Plumbing also has a large amount of stock in the store, and if they don’t have it they are able to bring things in. Thank you Leo and his team for the great job and I’ll be sure to recommend you to friends who may need repairs or any other work.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink.
The staff were very honest and knowledgeable and walked me through the steps to fix it.
They didn't try to sell me a part or service I didnt need. The staff encouraged me to try fixing it myself first. It was only a $2 part and simple installation.

There is usually the owner right there in the front of the Store talking with someone, trying to offer them advice on plumbing issues. There is a limited amount of stock on hand but its surprising how many parts Leo can have on hand. The good thing is he knows what he is talking about when it comes to the assembly of plumbing and if you need parts say to install a new kitchen sink yourself as I was doing, Leo gathered up the elbows and "p" traps and basically dry fit them with me holding on to them and he explains things to watch out for and any difficulties you are likely to encounter.
