Our furnace stopped working the night before and our house was cold! We called first thing in the morning and by noon, someone was out to look at it. It had started working again and nothing wrong could be found. By evening it quit again. We called back and the same person came back asap. He found the problem and fixed it!!! We owe a ton of gratitude to him for bringing heat back to our home in this very cold weather and for coming out so late! Highly recommend

My ancient furnace needed to be replaced, I wasn’t willing to gamble on it for another winter. Robin spent a couple of hours on a Saturday morning looking at my entire system before providing multiple quotes for furnaces and water heaters. Our follow up questions were answered promptly and helped me make an informed decision on what to purchase. Installation went very smoothly even though it was a long day for the installers (and my cats). First rate service from start to finish!

Our old water heater died and we were able to have it replaced the same day. When we called, the guy on the line was able to answer all our questions and was clearly knowledgeable in the field.

I have a boiler system that was old and in need of a lot of repairs. When I ran out of hot water they were quick to help me out, fit me in and sent Tiny over the same day. He was great! He made sure we had hot water while still addressing all the other issues. He was professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything to me (I tried to understand most of it!!) I highly recommend their services.

This company is the definition of professional. They answered all my questions gave me comprehensive understanding of what I was needing and quotes to go with it. They never tried to sell me things I didn't need; both the person quoting and the person installing were punctual, neat, and did an excellent job. If I could give six stars I would.

Have used them multiple times now for various jobs at my house, a rental and in-laws. Installation of A/C, a new furnace, water heater and repairs. Would never go anywhere else - truly top notch professionals. Great work, quick service, explain everything, no constant upselling B.S, great office staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about so no hesitation in recommending them. Great local company.

I have recently had a Bryant high efficient Furnace installed by the company's team. The work was excellent starting from taking stats to a finesse in installation. Holes were cut accurately and sealed well, ducts were strait and recessed into the basement beams, etc. The workmen were highly professional, worked quietly and cleaned up immaculately when the job was completed. I now have a furnace that puffs gently like a dragon. Thank you Nathan, Erik and Nick.
