These days it is tough to find really good service. I am very happy with the service provided by Justin with Jade Plumbing.

Justin and his team at Jade Plumbing and Heating were fantastic today, my husband called them this morning about a leak that we had found over the weekend under our house. The were quick to respond, respectful, courteous, and most of all caring. My husband and I are new to the Devon area, and are also first time home owners. Finding a water leak this weekend was very stressful, and Jade Plumbing and Heating quickly resolved the problem. They reminded me that there are still good, honest, and caring people. I will not think twice to call if I ever have heating and plumbing concerns in the future

Great business!! Highly recommend!! Fixed everything on my list for a good value and on time. Dave was very professional and personable. He even went out of his way to find me an electrician to wire in my hot tub. Above and beyond!!
Service: Repair shower

We've had Jade repair our furnace, hot water heater and even run a gas line for a gas range.
When they're here, they do good work.
We've been trying to get a gas stove repaired and my wife has called them a few times and gets a vague response that they are able to look at it next week.
Next week came and she called them up and was told they'd look after us this week.
This week is now 2 weeks from the first contact and no response.
With Covid, our town and businesses want us to support local businesses.
Well, we're trying, but aren't having much luck.
UPDATE!!! My wife called them AGAIN and

Our furnace was not working all of last night and today, it had been super cold without the furnace since it had been raining and cold outside.
I got my mom to call and see if we could get the part or even to just see if they had it, and sure enough they did! He came, we got the part, and the heats up and running again! Definitely recommend using this service for any plumbing or heating problems, very kind and professional🤩😌

We have dealt with Dave for over 15 years. He has done both plumbing and heating work for us and in all cases the work has been extremely high quality. He is very responsive, completely professional, and probably the neatest and cleanest tradesperson we have ever encountered. He takes pride in his work and leaves the workspace immaculate. We would not hesitate to recommend Jade to our friends.

Best plumber's, they go out of their way to be accommodating, they are the only plumbers I call.
