Worst company we have ever used, what a joke! We called on Sunday morning, our furnace wasn’t working, someone was supposed to call and come in the afternoon between 4 pm and 6 pm. We tried to call the number several times between 5:45 and 7:30 pm, voice message was full, couldn’t get in touch with anyone. After 7:30 we were able to leave a message, we left 3 messages between 7:30 and 9, no return call. Spoke with Bev (same person as Sunday) on Monday morning, no acknowledgment of the messages left. Rick finally came out at 9:30 am on Monday, 2 hours and almost $200 later, he had no idea what

Critical: Punctuality
Scheduled an appointment for them to come out today between 12pm - 2pm for a furnace repair. Tech hadn't shown by 3:00pm so called to get a status update. They said the tech was still at an earlier call and they would let me know when they were coming. It's now 6pm and I've heard nothing, so called them back and cancelled.

Called Mr Furnace on a Sunday to respond to both the hot water tank and furnace failure. Arrived in just over an hour. Did all that could be done on the Sunday and then Dylan and Kai came back Monday morning to finish the installation of the new hot water tank and furnace. All tech's were polite and careful to keep things clean and tidy as well.

I had heating issues back in March, gave this place a call and was told a technician would be available between 6-8pm - I had to call back multiple times to follow up and the technician didnt show up until well after 9pm with no explanation.
Despite telling Jason (the technician) that we have a 3 month old baby in a house without heat, he spent the better part of the hour chatting and then telling us that I would have to replace my furnace and this would cost over $10,000. Oh, did I mention that this conclusion was made without

Highly recommend this company. Dylan came out to my house and installed our new water softener tank and we are very happy with it. He is very friendly and answered all the questions and concern we had. While he was there we asked him to take a quick look at our furnace as I thought it was making funny noises for us and he did it with no problem. Very happy with this company and for Dylan going above and beyond.

One of the best company’s I’ve dealt with. Our furnace died, and we put off fixing it for a few days. we called and the technician they dispatched, Dylan, was here within a few hours. He was very helpful with giving us multiple options on a repair or replacement. We had the furnace replaced and couldn’t be happier with it

My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He discussed several options to fix the problem, we decided on the best option and Dylan fixed the issue without complication. I would not go anywhere else to have my furnace serviced or fixed. Highly recommend Dylan and Mr. Furnace.
