Called the company re: furnace emergency on Sunday evening and technician came at 2 in the morning - yikes. Technician was so professional, patient (answered all of my questions), found the problem right away, and fixed it in no time. Price was reasonable too although I was willing to pay just about anything to get my furnace working at 2:00 am. Lol.

My furnace quit in the middle of the night, I woke up freezing. i phoned this company at 3am to come look at my furnace and the so called 'tech' phoned me to tell me that he would not come down until he had explicit permission from my landlord. I wasn't about to go banging on my landlords door at 3am in the morning. He said it was a payment dispute thing and I told him I did not care and would pay by mastercard, he still refused to help me. The next company I phoned did not have a problem at all. Do yourself a favor and just call the next one on the list.

Came home later at night to find my furnace not functioning properly. I placed a call, unfortunately the wait time was a little higher as the techs were busy. While waiting my furnace did resume normal function. I called the technician and notified him of the change and he gave me advice over the phone of what the likely cause for the problem is and how to fix it. Kevin was super helpful and I will definitely call on this company again if I run into furnace issues.

Just had an amazing experience with this company. Came back to a much colder home and dead furnace. They took our call at 8 pm and within the promised 45 mins, Andrew was at our door. The furnace went back on in no time, and we really appreciated an explanation as to what could have gone wrong. It was a pleasure to be dealing with such a pleasant and professional individual. Definitely recommend this company.

I was helping my mom to restore her very effective and very old furnace that was in serious disrepair. I knew it had seen better days because I remember how wonderful it worked when I was a child. I called Furnace Repair Edmonton and hoped that it could be repaired instead of replaced. They came out, looked at it and gave me an incredible estimate. I was so happy that they stated that they were able to fix it, however, I was still a little skeptical.
