Called Elite to have a technician simply repair a pilot light flame out issue on 8 year old Rheem Hotwater tank.
Elite sent Chris with his 30 years experience. Chris indicated the cost to repair the pilot light issue would be far too expensive and not worth the repair cost to us. Chris insisted it best for us to replace the entire Hotwater Tank and the venting. The quote was thousands for the job. Chris did not even attempt to fix the pilot light issue. His focus was entirely on upselling to a new

This originally started out as a service call on our old furnace. They were quick to come out and review the issues we were having. They were informative and when we made the decision to replace our old furnace, they made it seamless. As it was the beginning of COVID shut down, we didn’t really feel like we had the luxury of shopping around to make sure the price was competitive. In this case though, the repair team acted with enough integrity and authenticity and given we could have the new furnace delivered and installed that day, we took a leap of faith. They worked until the job was done

I had Elite look at our air conditioner which was not working. We had had previous work done on it and knew that it would need to be replaced. They came in and replaced it, did the work well, arrived when they promised and did an excellent job. Our house was cooling by that evening. They did such a good job that two years later we decided to replace our furnaces and had Elite do that job too. They stuck to the quote that they gave us, and arrived on time on the day they said they would start. It took two days to do all the work. They were professional, pulled the proper permits, gave us explanations

Very professional installation of our new high efficiency furnace. Our other, 15 year old furnace was still working but was reaching end of life, so it was necessary to replace it. Elite did not try to upsell to the most expensive unit, but helped meet our budget limitations with the best option for our needs. What impressed me was the calculations on the most efficient size unit for our house size and heat loads, followed (after installation) by a proper commissioning procedure to validate that the system was functioning according to the design standards. I required a new furnace and water heater so after obtaining quotes from several large and small contractors I hired Elite to do the work. Lyle and Chris listened to what I had to say, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and ultimately provided a quote that addressed all my concerns. I was always able to contact them by phone or email prior to acceptance of the quote and post installation.
Chris and his crew arrived as per the schedule and quickly went to work. Due to the pandemic we all agreed on a local mask wearing policy which gave them options in tight spaces while protecting everyone

Our tankless water heater died suddenly on Wednesday. I called Elite and they were able to come out an hour later, after their inspection they showed me exactly the problem and laid out the options.
We decided to replace it with a brand they recommended. They actually came first thing the next day installed the new machine (much better then our old one) and even moved some of the piping around so it was less cluttered. Best part the price was a bit less then estimated! I would recommend them.

Our furnace quit on monday, nov 10....the day before a stat holiday! Late into the evening, on a freezing cold day, elite returned our call for help!
They sent a service repair gentleman out on the Remembrance Day holiday and he cobbled a fix to our furnace...enough to last for a few days until the parts' store was open and a fulsome furnace repair could be made.
