Knight heating did our basement furnace and ducting along with main floor air conditioning. an awesome job from start to finish. They went the extra mile with a few other related items that were never installed properly when the house was built. The crew was professional, cleaned up after themselves, explained what was being done and why, and exceeded all of our expectations. It’s was a pleasure having certified journeymen, who show pride in their work, complete our project. We would hire them again and highly recommend their services.

Please stay away!!! Lloyd the owner is VERY unprofessional and deceitful. From the moment he walked in the door he was rude, belligerent and verbally abusive. He made accusations from a previous visit that were untrue and he out right lied. "He does not keep his word"!!! So I was double charged! Throughout the whole service call I was belittled, berated and yelled at. I was home alone and I started to feel very uncomfortable with him here and how I was being treated and couldn't wait for him to leave. Avoid at all costs. Not a man of his word. Overcharges above initial quote. Promises deals that never happen. Goes behind Lowe’s back to offer better “deals” without going through Lowe’s. he is their installer of HVAC in Edmonton area but stealing their customers. Discount and deals never materialize. Charges way more in the end then claims he never offered what he promised. Heard from other friends who used this company after the fact and they said they would never recommend this company!!!!! Lloyd is deceitful. Seek another company..... he’s not honest. Charged $150 more than Home Depot

LLOYD came to our home after we spoke with him on installing air conditioning he was precise very professional knowledgeable. we were going to get different quotes but already having some knowledge of the cost we called him back to do the job. he and his crew were awesome the worked quickly and did an awesome job no mess was left behind. we ended up with one small problem were the fuse on our furnace blew up for lloyd he stood by his word and came back to our place to correct the problem. guy stands by his work

We bought our furnace from Knight Heating about 26 years ago. Today Dec 2nd, 2019 it wasn't going on with the thermostat. I called them and said I had a doctor's apt at noon. I could not believe he was here within half an hour. We have never had a problem with our furnace we bought from Knight Heating! John said we needed a new flame sensor. He showed it to me and it looked pretty bad. I was so happy with his service! He explained we should have it checked every 5 years along with the igniter and sometimes it needs to be replaced to save you a headache and more costs. He changed it and my furnace

Knight Heating was recommended to me by my parents when my furnace started acting up in January. Lloyd came out right away diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. My furnace had also never been inspected when the previous owners installed it so he sent Jon out later to bring things up to code for the inspection. Both were friendly and left me feeling confident about the work that had been done on my furnace. I will be using Knight Heating again.
