Charles came out quickly tonight (Sunday January 5, 2020) and repaired my leaky outdoor faucet and installed a shut off valve inside! Charles was very friendly and quick and explained what he was doing and why... The military discount was also appreciated for this unexpected expense! I would definitely recommend City Works!

Fast and friendly service. My furnace broke down and a technician came out within the hour and had my furnace up and running in no time. My hot water tank was leaking so I had them take a look at that since they were already at my place, and they changed it out for a new one right then and there. I'm happy with the customer service and the prices are very reasonable.

Had an awesome experience, Lowe’s messed up the finishings on my brand new bath tub. I called on a Friday before the long weekend and they came out Tuesday 8 am. The guys were professional and friendly and walked me through all the corrections that needed to be made. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Awesome experience with City Works. My furnace quit and I have young children so I called their 24 hour line. The plumber arrived at my door 30 minutes after I called. Very good experience and affordable price. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

First of all the went to the wrong address even though I gave them the correct postal l code to ensure that didn’t happen and they were almost 4-5 hours late , THEN They told my mom to put her very tiny and crappy fire hazard space heater under her mobile home for her frozen pipes all night and charged her 300$ for this and it didn’t even work. My… mom is very ill and fully deaf ! She was crawling under the trailer every half hour in fear she would die in a fire not hearing smoke alarm before she unplugged it mid night as it wasn’t working !!! We had a new guy come with
