I have had problems with 2 different furnace cleaning and servicing companies in the past who basically charged me for extra work that was unnecessary. A few years ago we had a small problem with our furnace. On a personal recommendation I tried Fresh Air Services and they quickly and inexpensively fixed it and did not try to upsell me unnecessary extra work.
On this occasion our furnace was getting noisy and was due a service and cleaning. Their engineer Alex was very polite and took the time to explain clearly what needed doing and why. The work was promptly done and the charges very reasonable

My service representative was Alex. He was efficient, quick, friendly and explained what he did. He also showed me the old humidifier solenoid that needed to be replaced. He show me how the humidifier filter pad needed to be replaced. I asked him where he was from and we talked about how his parents were from Korea but immigrated to Russia so Russian is his first language. We exchanged stories for a few minutes and he was absolutely delightful. Thank you for sending him and I would recommend him and Fresh Air to everyone I know.

Just had our house furnaces and vents cleaned. The technician team was courteous and professional. Alex tested and explained condition of the system. He pointed out the deficiencies which included a nonfunctional pilot gas valve that needed to be replaced. They did a good job with thoroughly cleaning each vent & return lines. Their prices were very good compared to most. Overall, I’m very happy with the job they did. Highly recommend!

Used this company for furnace, duct, and chimney cleaning. Very pleased with the friendly service professional service. Appointment was easy to make and they were available sooner than I expected. Will sleep better tonight knowing all the fire hazards they identified have been dealt with! Would definitely recommend.
